Just wanted to check in to see if the contest is too confusing or if extra time is needed for it? If so, we can certainly simplify it and/or increase the time for it !
That is a pretty good score! Maybe our score is a bit too high? We may have to rethink this contest ! The trick is the atom ball. The full version has way more special balls. But if you can manage to get them in the lite version, you can hit those scores no problem.
No Twitter for me and I already have the game. But my bestscore is 1300-something, so I don't think the score is impossible.
That's a pretty reasonable score ... you just need to get down how rapid shooting affects the special balls. Hmm ... we'll rethink of a better contest. We do have a trivia contest planned for next week!
That's a totally rocking score! I think Hermanator has managed to pull off 1400+ and I've come close. We will probably have a scoring contest some time in the future ... so people can practice ! BTW, what do you think about the time duration of 24 sec? Oh, and as an FYI. We are probably going to submit an update to the lite tomorrow or Tues. It will have -Global tables will have country flags -We'll have a ticker feed of recent scores -OpenFeint and Facebook Connect will be turned on. OF will have achievements! So you'll be able to nab more OF points thru Hoops Madness Lite and Hoops Madness Flick Lite. And of course the full versions too! The full versions will get this stuff too, but we'll be submitting that later in the week, since we're still working on the DLC component.
that 24 seconds goes by quick...would love a full 30 seconds I think achievements, now that is definitely cool!
We're thinking of making the Lite version 30 seconds. The full version is 45 seconds, but you can do a lot in 15 seconds! Plus, the full version releases the special balls earlier into the queue. We'll think a bit more on if we'll increase the time tomorrow ! I'll start plugging in OF leaderboards tonite. The code already works, since we only really turned it off for the Lite. The only other real think we need to do is build it so we can query updates of other's scores from the server for our score ticker ... then we should be able to submit!
