Why does it sound like spam? It's a survey to find out how we can improve our web pages/site. We've already had some popular recommendations that we're starting to roll out (take a look at our Facebook page to see some of the very early small changes we've made in response to feedback). If you don't want to enter the competition, you don't have to provide any personal details at all... I'm curious to know why you are concerned about it?
From what people have said, it sounds like the problem only happened for maybe 2 or 3 people, and it was the email address only. Obviously this is not great and should not have happened in the first place, but at least it looks like it was a small number of cases and is fixed now. Yes please, I'm very sorry about this
