I tried this out after being disappointed with Dungeon Hunter 5. It's pretty great so far! I'm hoping this will keep me playing for quite some time.
Its out in AUS/CA/US/UK so if you got account for any of those I play on the canada noror server.. no latency at all..
Team dungeons are very fun. Nothing beats working together and conquering that boss with 11 million HP. Best part about new servers is always trying to get that first kill of a boss on the server which is always fun. Guaranteed the first 3 dungeons should be complete in the first 2-3 weeks of the server being opened. The last one though will keep everybody occupied for quite a while :/
Nope, I setup an account during beta testing and I can't re-register that email. So, yeah , I'm stuck.
you use username to login through the game. if you added a email you can reset the password from the panda.snail.com website
So I deleted then reinstalled this game, logged into my account, and it's trying to make me create a character and says I don't have one. I should have a lvl 14 character of the female class. What do I need todo to play her? They wouldn't store that data on the app client side right? That's silly.
If you've logged into your snailgames account, then double check that you're on the same server that you played on before.

Just as a side note: for those of you who encounter bugs, errors, or any problems loading/launching/playing the game, we want to say that when in doubt, contact [email protected]. That's where you can talk to people who can help you work out these problems, recover lost accounts, sort out top-up issues, etc. Be sure to contact them with as much detail and any screenshots you can. Yeah, I finally downloaded it again and this time it worked! Great game, really generous, cool background and a nice hack'n'slay overall. I love the graphics, especially the character and monster design is well done. Controls are also fine, so I really haven't much to criticize. I am looking forward to the tA review.
I downloaded it in EU created an account but once I try to login it fails and says to try it again later. My account creation was successful as I can't create another one because if already exists. Any tips?
