It's a very enjoyable game to say the least. It's sort of Pay 2 win but you don't need money to enjoy the game. I've been playing for about a month and haven't spent a single cent it's still very fun to play with all the bosses and missions to complete.

Freemium system is actually very fair and giving. In the first week of daily playing, you should get around 5000 diamonds. After that it averages out to about 1000 a week of free diamonds.

I can't share the same excitement as some... To me, this is just another action rpg, along the same lines as glu games blood and glory or eternity warriors... Perhaps they copied from this game or vice versa, but this is nearly identical... Outside the pet system, I don't think I have seen that in the glu games.

The part that really draws me away from this game and others like it is the stamina bar, I can deal with free to play, but inability to play without refill is what I hate.... Yes they give you some free refills at the beginning for "rewards" and some kinda happy hour refill, but... Sorry td not groundbreaking, this all feels the same to me.

Another thing of note is the touch mechanics are not exactly on queue, I have found myself multi clicking several things, but that could be some lag issues because there was a notice of overloaded servers, prob due to a slew of new accounts...

Also, the eauipment comparisons... There is not an easy way to judge what is an upgrade in item and what isn't... It doesn't give you your current item list to compare the new items to...

^ I have to agree with this for the most part. Stamina is the worst offender and yoi get lots of items but comparing them is a chore in the current state.

I'm still debating whether to keep playing or not. Energy games are really bothersome.

When I beta tested this, the thing that kept me going was the free diamonds. If you're willing to stick with this for months, it will reward you, but in the end it's just a giant cash grab. Gear starts to require a ton of resources and grinding out resources takes a while and needs to be sped up with gems, then this is where VIP levels kick in. The new Asian games add VIP levels for buying currency, so to do certain actions a certain amount of gems must be purchased first.

This formula has been done before so many times on mobile, there are literally dozens of games who have this same focus. Taichi panda is different because the pets are awesome(sun wu kong) and the combat has impact to it. In the end though, it's the same as the others.

Played a bit. This is Eternity Warriors. Deleting. If I want to play this sort of thing, Battleheart Legacy is a better way to spend my time.

Very good pick up and play. No need to pay if you don't want to. There's plenty of enjoyment to be had without paying but I do think this deserves a few $$.

Omg I am in love..... It is so fun & beautiful! And soooo loaded with content! And like someone else said, freemium done right. And while at first glance the short mission system seems a little weird for an RPG dungeon crawler but is actually perfect for mobile. You still get story with the town hub (plus the added benefit of seeing other players running around) while being able to play in short spurts or long marathon runs, your choice. Omgosh these are the first devs to finally do things right. And seriously, hot damn there is so much content already. And I have tried all those other RPG's and deleted fairly quickly. Art style alone puts this leagues ahead

How is this game compared to darkness reborn? If it's a bit more open world could be something I'll try.

It's along the same lines, as far as open world... Not in the traditional sense of the word open world, you can replay areas until you are out of stamina but it has the same layout. Each region has mini boss battles to finish the area, but no not a free roam.

Which do you find more enjoyable? I'm trying to find a game I can stick to.

I'm not sure I'm the best to judge... I've only played both in small increments... Hopefully someone else can give you better feedback...

They both have lots of hackin and slashin, loot drops, upgrades etc, it would appear this game has more events as its a fresh release, so that gives more chances as the high end loot I guess... But IMO they are both linear, in that you have a path of quests to reach a point...

So I would say it's whichever feels better to you, sorry I'm not much help

Played this for about 10 minutes and really enjoyed it. It's kind of like Dungeon Hunter 4 but less grindy. It's a lot of fun.

How fast does stamina charge in this game anyhow? I can't figure it out.

it actually takes a while but you get pills to get energy/stamina back easily and there is a feast button that will give refill all your energy at a certain time so this game is really not in your face IAP
