Still getting an error after clicking the Inkorporation Button to create a profile after the very first tutorial. Restarting and reinstalling doesnt help. Getting the same error on an iPad Air & Sony Z3 Compact.
Okay, here's the deal: we just applied some modifications for all players experiencing that issue like you. Could you please completely shut down the app and then try to play again? The issue should be fixed.

I'm in love with this game Tossing the app and rebooting my phone seemed to help me heaps. Honestly, you deserve that featured spot back on the App Store when things are buttery smooth.
I've been playing since I saw the article about this app losing editors choice. I've had no problems and am having a great time. Kind of regretting picking red though, kind of a boring color haha #
I'm having the same issue here. Cant touch in defenses after reached level 2. It is a pretty good game that shouldn't have this problems
I'm playing on bluestacks now and its working fine since I can't get past the tutorial on my iPhone 4s after restarting/reinstalling multiple times.
I keep getting the error, managed to get past portion of tutorial at base defence choosing mines, then it happened. Can't get past, deleting for now.

Ah such a shame! Made it past tutorial, beat my own base, and fought someone when it finally got stuck on loading :/ Such a good game, hope it gets ironed out soon. Restarted now it's working it seems.
Read the article about losing the app feature. Quite awful! I hope they refeature the game next time! We were only fixing things server side for now. That's why. We'll of course release updates as time goes by. Many things are already in the pipeline with the fixes for your issues here.
