I wanted to buy the starter pack. (But I only spend money on games that have a properly functioning cloud save, facebook-backup, email backup, etc.. I also always test this feature prior to hitting the spend button..) I tied my first game to Facebook. I deleted game and reinstalled. Guess what? No save.. Had to create another account from scratch.. Second attempt : ...tied game to FB, got the "Facebook" link award.. Deleted and reinstalled the game... account lost again.. Third time: (guess i am a glutton for punishment). Wash and repeat.. Same results.. Fourth install.. I would have to be insane to delete the game again now.. haha.. So now, my favorite game user-names are hanging in limbo, since each time I reinstalled it made me create new name letting me know that the "name already exists".. As it currently stands - I am not giving this game any money.. Is this a known issue? ..any tips??
Omg bugs and glitches Ok, I saw this while browsing the App Store, and the concept was amazing! On top of being strategical and innovative, it was free and ISNT AN ENERGY USING BASED GAME. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT!!# I played through the initial tutorial and created a profile for Red Team under the name BloodMantis. The game then asked me to stock up on more mines or something and every time I tap on the bunker icon to follow the instruction it says connection lost try again? Yes does nothing and No returns me to the title screen where it immediately asks if I want to retry connection again. Both answers do nothing. My wifi is fine. I have killed the app multiple times, rebooted my device, and reinstalled the app. Nada. Same problem. I didn't see anyone else still having this kind of problem. PLEASE HELP! This game seemed so awesome! Please fix or provide solution. Nothing other then the forementioned things is too stupid. I could easily have forgotten something. PLEASE HELP. Game is awesome. Ankama has been really helpful and responsive, so I hope U see this. But until then this game is broken for me.
Hey Ankama would you consider increasing the amount of good we get from raids? Things are quite expensive and upkeep for defences will only get higher with more territories. When choosing who to attack, what do the stars beneath the name indicate? I have not been invaded yet, but a friend tells me you can take revenge on someone's revenge strike. This can lead to being raided by the same person over and over! If possible it would be great to attack friends for no rewards and without stealing their gold or using up their defences It's really hard to get even an A for the Time aspect of battles. Even if I rush through the map it takes so long just waiting for troops to walk towards me! Also this could be biased depending on the map, as in some the troops take a very long route to attack the strategic point you have captured. Thanks for your replies!
This Game has big potential to be a long time motivation. No timers, so i can play when i want, no pay to win and the level of frustration is in balance with my own abilities to play. Despite the starter Problems the ankama team did a great job. Cloudsync and bug cleaning is just a matter of time i propose. Good luck and keep on painting. Thx

Could you please elaborate on each exact step you did? If you properly completed the tutorial and created a nickname and then logged in to Facebook, you should not be bothered. We have a little idea about what happened but we want to be sure. We can see that by MP if you want.
Probably a temporary shop connection issue. Could you please try again and tell us if it works now? If not, please MP us your country, language, device model and OS version.
By the way, such lovely artwork in the game the icon could be a little prettier. Don't really like it
Still says connection lost at the exact same spot in the tutorial every time. Country is USA, Language English, Device: IPad Mini 1st generation, and iOS 8.4.1
And the music too. It's marvelous! I would kind of agree with you on the app icon. It's not bad, but a single face zoomed in a bit might be more attractive. Or just one soldier. Whatever, but for now, having "TW" on the icon might be beneficial, who knows.
It's not scheduled for now. Things are going to get better starting from today with the latest modifications we made. It will be even better in one or two days. You should see that the general balance between attack/being attacked while away will be better. So will matchmaking be. They're a visual feedback of the player's Elo rank in his league. The more stars, the higher Elo rank he/she got. Your friend is right! We're considering that kind of stuff, yes. The game is accessible to everybody. But obtaining an "A" or "S" note is way more hardcore. So kudos to the players that succeed! Post screenshots here guys, we want to see! To give you more information about the notes, each obtainable grade (S, A, B, C or D. D being obviously the worst ans S the best) on the four pillars (obtained Medals, surviving Pigments, number of combos performed and time) gives you a score. This score is then multiplied by the number of collected medals (obtained by performing combos, but you already know that). Some advice: - While in combat, pay attention to your formations, try out various forms in each situation and optimize best - Perform combos smartly. The more, the better! - Take a close look to the Reserve part of the Tech Tree (in yellow). This is a very interesting area to get some help to achieve better combat scores - Anti-tanks Merc and Anti-triangle formations Merc are also good investments to be better prepared and efficient in the battlefield You're welcome. Hi, I love the idea of this game, but I have a small problem. I completed most of the tutorial, but I reached the point where it tells you to stock up on mines, and when I click the button for that, it gives me a connection lost error and no matter how many times I hit retry, it doesn't work. I tried quitting and reopening, but I had the same problem. Any advice/commentary? Thanks in advance! I can be patient for this much awesomeness.
