Tilt to Live is making it interesting for Verruckt and Parachute Ninja. I also propose the idea that if a game comes out in the last 3 days of a month it should be pushed to the next as it does not have time to gather a following and have a legitimate shot to contend. Astro Ranch in particular, it simply hasn't had enough time for people to decide how good it is

that's something i'll consider when creating the beast games of March thread, but for now, let's allow astro ranch to be in the running for this month too. TBH though, i don't see astro ranch winning in march-far too many crashing issues. We might see assassin's creed multiplayer or ragdoll blaster or mirrors edge at number 1 in March, and even if astro ranch is in contention, i doubt it will make a run for the prize. weirder things have happened though :D

I just voted for Eco Punk,
because Space Miner to me is not game of the month,
it's simply game of the year .... right now.

With under 3 hours of voting to go, Space Miner increases its lead even further, and Plants vs. Zombies will have to pull off a "miner" (hehe, pun fully intended ;)) miracle to grab the top spot. Keep your votes coming though, because it's not over until the clock strikes midnight Eastern Time!

I'd have to say Space miner, only cuz PvZ is a port not something new.

People voted for a bunch of different games, a poll wouldn't have worked since it doesn't allow that many options and they would be stuck with voting for what was in the poll not for whay they truly thought the game of the month was

Not to mention it's pretty easy to just read the first post and see who won since the OP counted them.

cannot do that cuz you cannot edit a poll, so people woud be forced to vote from the poll even if they liked a game not on the poll. And also, how can you not see which game got the most votes.....? I painstakingly counted every vote for every game and ranked them.....

I t looked fine to me, though I did miss the voting for this month.... Ah well, it would have just been another space miner vote.
