      Something about a database issue. Glad it got fixed. Does anyone know what database issue means?

      I never noticed anything. I wouldn't call this a monster problem though, atleast not to the average user.

      yea- i was about to go into "freakout" mode. Glad the prob was fixed :)

      yeah, the database stalled/locked up for some reason. I had to restart it.

      Yup I had the same issue....couldn't refresh for a while. All better now :D

      Guys, everyone would have had the same problem. If the database is "locked up" or "down" that means the site can't retrieve anything: no login information, no thread information, nothing. That's the great thing about having data all in one spot :)

      A moderator might want to consider closing this thread before another 10 pages of "that happened to me too" spring up. Just a thought :rolleyes:

      The reason for this thread was to find out if of was my end and if it wasn't what does it mean. I have no experiance with Internet stuff like that.
      But what's funny, is every one of my threads get locked or ask to be locked. It's starting to get scary. :)

      I understand why you started it, and that's fine. The problem is that arn made it clear it was on TA's end, yet people still said "yeah, it happened to me too". I just didn't want to see 10 more pages of that :)

      As for my request to lock this thread, I assure you it had nothing to do with you. I personally didn't even look at the OP. Maybe that should tell you something though :rolleyes:
