1. Bastion 2. Shardlands 3. Swordigo 4. Rayman Jungle Run 5. Incoboto 6. TWEWY 7. Super Ox Wars 8. Star Wars Angry Birds 9. Inferno+ 10. I donate my tenth pick to the Biggavelli GOTY Ballot Fund. Surprised how little attention Shardlands received, Radiangames and Jeff Minter.
Meh... Shardlands was great for the first hour... and then after beating it, I had no desire to go back through it... I did start it up again after the newest update, but again, I only played it for about 45-60 minutes before deleting it again. As for Radiangames titles - they were in my top 25 - especially Inferno+, but since they all have the same graphical look, they all sort of fit together, as one game with multiple gameplay modes - at least in my mind. And even with that outlook, didn't make it into my top 10... Minter... I feel like if there were some tighter controls and control options in Gridrunner... it would have made it higher on my favorites list... But OxWars was also up there... however, it didn't really get as much play from me because of the lack of 'traditional' features - though it did sort of include a level select and difficulty options, it just... I dunno... I don't really have any GOOD reason as to why none of Minter's titles ended up on my top 10 list... but when compared to titles like Dariusburst and Bug Princess 2 BL, I feel like the replayability and fun factor just doesn't match up. Then again - it's all opinion and preference... so I'm not saying that you're wrong or anything like that by any means - I totally feel that each of the 9 games you listed has more than enough polish and fun factor to be listed on a top 10 list... just not my own personal top 10. =oP
Bastion Arc Squadron Apocalypse Max Mutant mudds Metal Slug Metal Slug 3 Final Fantasy 4 Flying daggers VR Missions EXT It's disappointing so many people can't run Bastion due to requirements. Best game of the year, in my opinion.
The Room Walking Dead: The Game I could probably list loads of games but those two are the ones that i thought of right of the bat, so will have to do..
Guess I could have nominated based on playing on my 360, but there were so many good iOS games this year that I'm still not sure if it would be my GoTY.
