Yeah, after hearing all the praise for Tiny Troopers 2 I had to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with it really, a lot of tapping fun. I'm going to add it to my list previously posted.
Well, if you turn off your connection all the ads are gone. I'd buy that IAP too, but the game is already awesome (specially for Zelda fans like me).
Surprised there aren't more people from the iPad crew nominating Magicka. I'm playing the Android version and it's a blast. Hmmm....guess it would be a bad precedent to nominate a game you technically didn't play on iOS. (Damn...next time I'll just shut my mouth and you'll never know... ) EDIT: Come to think of it this thread is called "TA Forums Game of the Week" not "TA Forums iOS Game of the Week". Just kidding. I would at least never nominate an Android only game.
Magicka just never clicked for me. I enjoy the game but I don't find myself compelled to play the game. With all the spell button combinations and moving my character around, it starts to feel like I'm playing a speed rhythm game. Not my cup of tea.
I'm playing Magicka now on my iPad and really enjoying it but GOTW for me will probably be MS. Splosion Man.
Ms Splosion Man is my nomination for this week. No other game is even close to the level that Ms Splosion Man is on.
Played it just a little yesterday, but it cant top either Star Warfare Black Dawn or Ms Splosion Man.
I love Ms Splosion, but it didnt that much playtime from me because of SW Black Dawn. Made my pick this week easy.
