Badland is fantastic, polished from all angles, but ultimately, the fun i had just killing things in frantic arcadey ways cant be beat, so Slayin gets my vote. EDIT: Just want to say, poll finally showed up on my end.
Despite the relatively short list, it was a pretty good week. I had a blast with Slayin' but ultimately went with Badland. Georgeous, fantastic level design and creativity. Fun yet challenging.
The developer for the other brothers is way cool, plus soon he will soon be putting in icade!!! He even was so kind to implement things like transparent controls when using icade when we asked. So I will vote for the other bros!!!
I played it after I voted and didn't think I'd pick anything else up, but Mittens deserves some love, great little game.
For me it was close between slayin and badland but I went with badland as it just feels right when your playing it.
Went with Symphony of the Origin; originally I was leaning towards Slayin but while fun it lacks to depth of the KemCo RPG and starts to feel redundant after a bit. Also Injustice: Gods Among Us hooked me a bit, this week it's been a fun guilty pleasure. This week felt really slow (only 7 games even received a nomination here to fill 10 slots). Next week will be legendary with Kingturn and Might Dungeons coming out.
Don't forget TOB will be updated many times after the new controls update Be nice if it was judged on the new controls not the old
I really like both Slayin and Badlands, but the latter got my vote because the whole mood/feel/vibe of the game is as enjoyable as the gameplay itself. (Plus, cute fluffy round thing with wings, among other things) Interesting to see how close it is, now I want to go give the other nominations another look.
I've played quite a bit of Slayin, it's great fun. But the more I play Badland, the more it feels as though I'm playing something quite special.
Man, it's going to be close between Badland, Other Bros, and Slayin Personally, I'm hoping Badland wins. It's such an addicting fun game, especially to someone like me who loves physics puzzlers
Well I'll judge it after the new controls are here as so far I've yet to play past the first level with the current controls. But by then it'll be to late for game of the week
