Lego batman: DC super heroes gets my vote..Since its given me a large dose of nostalgia due to the bgm, batman's costume and vehicles..That's when I began to be a batman nut,the 90's.. The overall depth, quality and gameplay itself is very brilliant...
Been playing more Robot Unicorn Attack 2 than Shiny the Firefly but its the latter who gets my vote as I like it more.
It was a tough choice between Robot Unicorn Attack 2 and Shiny the Firefly. But due to the crashing issues on RUA2 and the overal originality and polish of Shiny, I had I go with that little Firefly.
Had to go with House of the Dead. Even though there were far better games out this week and Shiny deserves every vote it gets, House of the Dead had me hooked for 6 days non-stop till I got an S rating on every level, unlocked and upgraded every last thing in the game and got all of the achievements. One of the few iOS games I can say that did that. For that, it gets my vote.
It's early in the voting and have a feeling this week will be pretty split amongst the contenders, but glad to see a new indie dev with a game not released on the usual Wednesday night doing well against such big guns as Sega, adult swim and Ravenous Games. Go Shiny!
Easy choice voting for LEGO Batman. I want to encourage devs to push the limits of iOS gaming and port over as many large, full games as possible. We know the hardware can handle it. With each of these LEGO games not only are they great ports, they play the best of all the handheld versions. Now bring on LEGO Star Wars please
Actually chose Batman as well for a similar reason as above. I have had a hard time deciding between Gun Commando and RH2 for a runner up, but both were nice surprises.
I didn't expect it to be out in front because its a bit of a niche title but I thought Talisman would have had a few more votes.
Yeah, I kind of thought it would be in the top three. It's my personal favorite game this year. Edit: now Talisman is tied for third!
Talisman FOR THE WIN!!! I think next week we ALL know who is going to ECLIPSE the rankings! See what I did there? What's with the lack or Eclipse coverage on the main page anyhow?
Is Lego Batman essentially the same as the console version? I like they way it's been adapted and seems deeper and more involved than the usual iOS outing, but in regards to the "regular" games the Batman ones are pretty crappy compared Lego's other offerings. ...but not as bad as Pirates of the Caribbean. That sucked big time.
