I don't know, for some reason Kingturn didn't click with me. I'm used to SRPG series such as Tactics Ogre, FF Tactics and Fire Emblem, and Kingturn felt like a skippable thing to me at first glance. Maybe I should give it another try?

Anyway, for this week my choice is definitely Gemini Rue. Such a fantastic adventure game with a great storyline, a blast to play.

Especially if you are a SRPG fan you should give Kingturn a go; the gameplay is top notch particularly for a mobile game. I'd be curious to hear your further impressions in the Kingturn thread; link: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=185008

Few other nominees, if I may: HEAVY sword, 1800, Mr. crab, Blendoku, and Kingturn, which I already nominated.

Although it still made it into the top 3 even with the control questions, I wish The Other Brothers had been released with the control fixes. I held off until the update and it's a great game. Wish I could nominate it this week.

Close race between Froggy Splash and 1800 but FS hasn't made it in the poll so my vote goes to 1800, simple but highly addictive game. Check it out, it's free :)

Voted Kingturn; it's got a lot more content and depth than many of the other nominees... best iOS game in a long time. It's a favorable indication that it received more nominations than any other game.

Gemini Rue got my vote. Masterclass in storytelling

As much as I love 1800 as an addictive time-waster, Gemini Rue gets my vote as the better experience: great story and awesome sci-fi noir atmosphere.

Voted Blendoku. I thought the game wasn't eligible for this week's poll but I guess I got confused somehow. Anyway, most enjoyable game for me this week. :)

Why are we restricted to only one vote?
I voted for Gemini Rue, but it was a tough decision between that and 1800.

I kind of have a "stake" in 1800 because I promoted it in the iPhone Games forum and got people interested in the game since it was almost overlooked.
But GR is an excellent adventure game and a quality mobile experience for such a relatively low price.
