Dude, you don't expect everyone to buy every game that came out this week to buy all of the games, do you? It's impossible to expect that. Of course, this GOTW poll isn't very accurate because not everyone has played every game the poll. It's like when web sites announce their GOTY. They haven't played EVERY game that came out that year. Of course that doesn't make the award very accurate. You can't expect someone to play every game that came out that year. Btw, I highly doubt you bought every game that have been in the latest GOTW polls.
Yeah I often nominate games I'm gonna buy later, but now I stopped that and I have only 2 games nominated.
Funny how LoE was my most anticipated game, but it got beat out by three others in my opinion this week.
I voted for the same game, for the same reasons. Beat Sneak Bandit would get my second vote. League of Evil 2 is just as boring as the first game.
1. Blockhopper - A Puzzle Plattformer will always be my Number One and this Time the Soundtrack made it a Smashing Hit! 2. League of Evil 2 - As Good as I had expected it to be but not good enough to be my Number One this Week, even it was so close this Time. Really, really close to be my Number One this Week... 3. Mailmen - I had expecting the Worst and was surprised how well they had putted the Commandos Gameplay on the Mobil Device. The Game is really a Gem that doesn`t look at first like One but as soon as it does hook you up you won`t stop playing it till you are finished with it. Well done Ayopa!)
Mailmen is really the only one that's held my attention for any length of time... Pretty sad week otherwise... =o/
I know that Pizza vs. Skeletons is gonna win so I'm going to vote for Beat Sneak Bandit. PvS and BSB are both outstanding IMO. I love them both.
Pizza vs. Skeletons ALL THE WAY. Original, beautiful, extremely crazy. Definitely one of the best games in the entire store. League of Evil 2 is more or less a content update of the same nice game with (to me) slightly less appealing graphics.
Oh, so now you've turned into an iPad snob Just kidding. I know you mentioned that you thought Little Acorns seemed more for kids, but it actually gets fairly challenging. Surprised you didn't like it. Got my vote. And, yeah, LOE2 is kind of more of the same, but still good. Mailmen does look interesting though...but obviously I won't be playing it.
Tried lite or PvS and tbh, I don't see the appeal. Crushing skeletons? Meh. Even the different kind of levels were boring. Art was outstanding tho.
I haven't tried the lite, but in the full game the beginning levels are basically tutorials. They're more or less empty, then as you progress more and more variables get thrown in to complicate matters. Plus the lite version probably doesn't include all of the game modes, I'm on world 3 and still finding new ones.
