We where discussing Multiplayer today, its a bit much to add on really short notice. It sounds cool to me and would add staying power. But that said it would be something for the next episode.
Hi Korov, we just released an intermediate update with touch controls, sensitivity settings and gamecenter support.. we decided to split up the updates, so we could give the iphone version a tad more love. So sorry for the slight delay, but its coming..
Hi guys,, sorry for the long wait. and the few updates on the forum. There are many reasons, none which would make sense at the moment. Let me be quick, we've postponed the iphone release to co-incide with the android release.. The main reason is, that with everyone donating time for marketing and such, we'd like to combine whatever marketing we could do in one big release. So that's taking a bit longer sadly, the iphone version is done and ready (including iphone 4s), but we'll release it at the same time as the android version. (which is also nearly done). co-incidentally, we did an update a while back that adds touch controls, and sensitivity slider.. for those looking for that in the ipad version. Well no excuses, what can I say, it's a tough market out there, and one needs to be as smart as possible with the resources available.. but thank you for hanging in there, we're still working hard, and haven't forgot on our promises to deliver a iphone version..
I really like the touch controls so much better. They feel a little too sensitive too me (even adjusted all the way) but it is possible I just have to get used to them. I am using IPad Air 7.1.2

I'm wondering: as the new version's gone free, with the story chapters now being IAP, what effect does this have on people who've previously had the paid version?
If you previously bought sxpd, the app will detect this, and unlock automatically.. if it doesn't do so automatically use the redeem button.. This should only have to be done once, after that you don't even see any purchase options anymore and it looks the same as before.. One warning, Apple only released a method for doing this in IOS7, so if you'r in an older IOS, wait until you can update to IOS7. regarding the switch to free Let me state that the game is not free 2 play, there is a once 99 cent iap to unlock the game after the first chapter for new users.. There is only 1 IAP!!!.. we did this off-course to improve sales and have people give it a testdrive before they decide to purchase. Like the shareware model of old.. Our goal offcourse is to be able to release new issues, each with similar content to the first issue, but with a new comic and different gameplay,(might not even be racing).. @somedumb gamer, we're sick of it too!. As a dev I'd rather have a simple exchange a fair price for a good game. But sadly that is no longer a viable way to release games for mobile and tablets.. We chose this method, hoping it would be the least disruptive.. As a gamer you can support premium games by voting with your wallet, but I can tell you there are few gamers doing this right now. , sadly..
