So many positive opinions... I might think about downloading it Although I've never seen a poker game mixed with RPG:O
This game is so much fun. What a superb concept. It also gets better as it goes. It starts out pretty fun and just keeps getting better. Wonderful game!
Technically there is a penalty for passing. When you pass the opponent moves, on your next turn you get 4 cards... But that doesn't mean you will get cards that you can place. If that happens you just handed your opponent a chance to beat you senseless. Also, all rounds consist of 10 moves. Passing is still counted as a move. Even if the board isn't filled it is cleared after the 10th move. I've been caught unaware when I passed to take advantage but didn't realize I was move 9 =\ so the board cleared without me getting to make those four corner hands I almost forgot: all the abilites are found in the manual but I can't remember which section it's under. If you edit the Magic Plate it tells you all the different magics you can use
thanks Quickwit, I can see how its a strategic thing to do. And yes I wondered if there should be a penalty for passing since the last hand usually gets mulit-directional matches. Lots of aspects of this game to discover!

Downloaded the lite version last night and really enjoyed it. Ended up all out going for the full version this morning.
I don't even like poker that much, but the rpg strategy aspects make this game so compelling I can't put it down. And at bust a buck, its just so much sweeter. If your thinking about getting it, just do it, you'll be glad you did
I wonder about that too, but at a buck, I'm getting my money's worth anyway. It definitely has that "one more turn" feel to it.
I as well wonder about replayability. The game doesn't seem to short though. I do hope addtional equips are added. I'd be happy with an online multiplayer with equip updates to be honest.
This game is just great! Love the clean graphics and the rpg elements work totally perfect with poker. Great addition to the Appstore!
Tried the lite thanks to the TA front page article. Insta-bought the full version....it's REALLY a hidden gem that deserve more attention. I do not love poker that much (I do love RPG)....I do not love 'cartoon graphics' that much either...but the game it's simply too addictive to put it down, and it's really polished. Time literally flies away when playing and the more you play, the more strategy you need. It's like my new Puzzle Quest for the iPhone. Buy it!
yeah I bought this game earlier and I have been addicted hours and hours of fun. Love it and highly recommend this game.
