Yeah there's an update coming! And, thanks for thinking it's perfect... but you know, there's always more stuff that can be done. This is the beauty of the whole App store environment... it's so easy to improve and essentially re-release your games. Very satisfying for me. I'm working on wands as we speak... you touch the player, drag away to the target, and release... ZAP!

I get killed last sunday, lvl 17 on floor 18 (attacked by a Dragon and a wizzard at the same time!) -quit question, how do you take a screen shoot of the game play?
Quickly press and release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. A white flash of the screen lets you know the screenshot was taken. The screenshot is added to the Camera Roll.
I understand there's to be an ice level, and if you have a Wand of Elimination, you can write your name in the snow.
Bah, I blame myself. I had plenty of time to start another descent and elected to hold off... Funny thing is, I initially welcomed the chance to catch up on other holiday purchases, and I'm nowhere close to catching up on my recently bought titles, (complete with a spankin' new GTA to play), but the itch for MOAR Fargoal is growing daily. Perhaps its time to bite the bullet and try to power my way through another run!
Is there no way of getting your sword back once the Mage steals it? I was invisible when he attacked and stole it, now I have tried over and over to fight him and get it back but he teleports the second I try. Is there nothing I can do now? Kinda sucks to play long enough to level up to 36 with 25 sword enchantment and lose it all because there is no way to get the sword back...
He isn't all-powerful. Pay close attention to his staff. But also know that it's a bit hard for him to expend effort attacking empty space...
I saw another post somewhere that said the same thing, "watch his staff". What am I looking for? I have watched it and it doesn't seem to ever look any different, it just glows constantly the same as far as I can tell. I even had him teleport right next to me a few times and I attack instantly to no avail, he just keeps teleporting wasting my time and invisibility spells. I was on floor 17 when he took the sword now I am still chasing him down to floor 21 now... Pretty much given up on it now I guess...
Let him attack you and call up skeletons from a distance. Repeatedly if Necessary. He won't use up his magic if you fight him one-on-one. Of course, he will only do that if he can see you...
BINGO! Santoron, hang in there. Go ahead and start a new game, just don't get too attached to it because you'll want to start over when the update hits. Play for fun, man!
Which will be when? Honestly man I haven't played this game for weeks because I know a huge update is coming. It feels like I have a half-finished game on my iphone right now.
All I can say is "as soon as possible." It's a lot of work for one guy in his spare time! So please be patient. I keep aiming for the Sunday of whatever week I am currently in, though.
