Planned update. Its supposed to be submitted this weekend so hopefully no issues rise up and we can get it soon
Hehe... poor bluewomble88. We didn't get to submitting yet, but I found some issues I had to take care of and worked all weekend on them. But anyway, as the esteemed Dr. Tim "Edge" Langdell has been known to say... PREPARE TO BE AMAZED!
Can't wait! also, listening to the podcast with Jeff right now. Verbal Cagematch! I hope he tears that reviewer apart, haha.
I wish they were on a TA podcast! It's actually on STP's podcast where Jeff is going to word fight the reviewer that gave it that completely undeserved 2/4 score.
Ahh, thanks! I read this and noticed it in Twitter immediately after... that'll teach me to leave the window buried where I can't see updates. I definitely need to listen to that podcast tonight
FTFY. * Obligatory lower-case sentence to prevent stupid vBulletin from making everything mixed-case.
Just bought this game 3 hours ago, and have been playing it the past 3 hours without realizing the time going by. Sooooo...pretty good.
Nice port! I can't even guess how many hours I've spent with the pc remake of this great rogue-like, and the iPhone version is just as addictive and fun. ...looking forward to any updates!
Update is coming! A little later than I had planned, but I had to retwrite a couple of things for the better... plus, IMO the best kind of gameplay additions just sort of "evolve," and much evolution is taking place.
So what do we know so far is in the update? Just curious what has been mentioned, there's tooooo many pages to read to find out.
some new monster behaviors, new traps, new tile sets, bug fixes, I believe adjustments to leveling and exp. Paul is working on it all himself so only he knows all the other surprises in the update...
I've spoken with the guy...I don't think even he knows what surprises await us in the update. I gather his coding is something akin to Isaac Mendez of Heroes Season 1. He just channels the changes required from the mythic sword itself. He just wakes up from a trance to see all of this code on his computer screen he doesn't remember coding the night before.
Is there a way, if people agree, to have a clock or something, just to keep track on how may hours or minutes I have been playing, or days looking for the sword.
