Simple. Go to the app store home page, scroll down to the bottom. You should see your nation's flag. Click it, then choose the flag of the country you want. Do the same thing to change back. My guess is you're a canadian user who want to use promo codes.
Don't know what you're talking about, there's no flag on the App Store. I think you're just mistaken with the App Store on iTunes on a computer. I know for a fact that there's no flag, but one way is to simply log in on an account that is tied to another country, and a message will pop up telling you that you can only use that account on that country's app store, then you click ok and it will take you to that country's app store
I dunno about a flag either, but scroll down, say create a new account, choose the store you want to switch to, press ok and then cancel! Ta-Da
go into the settings app, or it might be system preferences. Anyway go into store menu and you can choose the country from there, you may need to log out first though. I dont have my ipod in front of me so you might have to go through some other thing first but thats about what you have to do. Oh and yea you have to be on firmware 3.0 or higher
