In a world first, Illusion Labs shows off our commercial games running on a big screen multi-touch table. In this video we show our games on a platform by Touchtech in cooperation with Crowd. The games run on any multi-touch hardware, including mobile devices, multi-touch laptops and large window displays. HQ version | HD version Hope you enjoy! So, do you think you'll have one of these babies at home in ten years? Cheers!
Wow!! Is that that Microsoft Touch table thing? And who the hell is playing touch grind? he's awesome!!
Nope, there are several companies out there that make touch tables. This one is from Swedish based Touchtech. It's Andreas who is skating in the video, former king of Touchgrind
That was the coolest iphone game related video I have ever seen..... +1000000000000!!!!!! Man the future is gonna be sweet!
hehe inte lätt med svenska namn. but anyway, looks really cool! is it just a test or will it be released for the format later on? i love that you actually can see what you are doing better for touchgrind.
Nej We have no set plans for releasing it for touch tables right now (this table is just a prototype), we mainly did it for fun and to see what's possible. But you never know in the future. A possible extension to Touchgrind would be to have the skate park static, and let 5-10 people (or more) skate simultaneously as it supports a great deal more touches than the iPhone (max 5). That would be awesome, don't ya think?
LOL. This looks really cool; but I think Sway is better on iPhones. TG is awesome though. BTW; where were you? That............would be awesome!
LOL. Ouch! I thought you would be playing some TouchGrind yourself. Oh well. First time I see a CEO be so good at a game though!
Wow you all code? BTW that was my bad. I just quickly scrolled though your site. Are there any plans on having some type of release for touch tables and then have TG multiplayer between iPhone and table?
It seems like YouTube has finished processing the videos now, so the HQ and HD versions should work now.
Well we are just four friends working together (me, Andreas, Carl and Marcus), we pretty much have to do everything. Well, touch tables aren't that common yet, and this is a prototype we have been working on, so no plans right now, but who knows what we'll do in the future?!
