Finally found a bunch of sulfur in the cave I was zoning off with doors and walls so it would be safer. I think I've picked it fairly clean but I'm sure a little extra digging and I'd find more stuff. I went out into the nearby desert/prairie area and managed to get killed by dogs a few times but managed to find 4 pumpkins. So I'm working with those now, but I also now realize food isn't as big a deal since at water sources the piranha will just jump out of the water to attack. So that helps. Still, I managed to find some cows without a bull protecting them so I'm pretty covered as far as food goes. I looked at my iphone through my pc today and it seems the saves are pretty easy to back up. I prefer that over online just because it's easy to keep multiple versions of saves. Anyway, that's going to make me a little more brave to explore my survival world. The only downside seems to be the saves are named World, World1, World2, and so on... I think it's organized by most recently used as worlds 3 & 4 were huge and the only huge worlds I had were the ones I downloaded from the app itself, and they were 3rd and 4th in my list of saves. So it might be confusing figuring out which is the right one... but it's very nice having this backed up locally.
You can just delete the old saves. In creative I tnt'd to diamonds. It's deep. Really deep. I think there should be Hydration. Drink water from your bucks, you could make a pot to boil your water so its not contaminated. Oh, and having contaminated raw food. Say, 20% chance if not cooked? I think that'd be cool :3 I've been testing things out and have made a sand trap. I have trap doors and the sand lays on top of it. One push of a button and bam, the sand drops and insta kills anything under it. It's beautiful. Now I must try to replicate the draw bridge
I haven't had a single crash. What device and ios are you on? There are settings you can tweak for older devices.
I've had no crash either. Love this game. Its given me everything Minecraft PE failed to, and much more. Oh, and at half the price
I am new to this type of game. I have never played minecraft or anything. With that being said, is this the type of game that gets updates often? I'm having so much fun playing this and can't wait for more!!
NOOO THAT SUCKS. I almost died to that too. I backed up my world. I ain't losing 20 stacks of stone, 20 stacks of copper and everything else.
No but you can stack chests since they don't need extra space to open. I actually put them Inside walls sometimes. Plus unlike MCPE, there are electrical circuits you can build to control doors/lights/traps, animals to ride, caves to explore, infinite worlds and so much more. It's pretty amazing how much stuff is in this and how freakishly small the saves are. It sits in my iPhone next to MCPE and BlockFortress nicely. ... Also a tip for anyone. I don't know I this is commonly known or not but you can use your portable crafting part of the inventory as 4 more blocks of storage space. It won't update as you collect more of something, but its a good place to put tools and weapons that eat a whole block of storage or groups of 40 items that stack. This has been a lifesaver when mining and not being ready to return to my living space.
Be careful when holding matches ! Just burnt my storage room down : / I nearly rage deleted the game after losing all my ores and electrical equipment but after a few hours to calm down I'm going to persevere with my world and start a new mine to replace everything. Luckily I have a full chest of diamond tools left and a stack of large TNT to start my new mine. Can we get iron chests please ? I don't mind burning my house down, but burning half my chests has destroyed weeks of hard labour ! Let my mistake be a warning to others ! I shall be backing up my save file in future like we do with Minecraft to avoid paying for crazy accidents like this ! It was a horrific moment in gaming - you should have seen my face !
