Dont know what to think about this... from what i gathered: - the game is very short - is not a game, its something else - combat is dissapointing - its like an old adventure game - gameplay is not up to the hype This is making me curious, i want to see this by myself... damn, end of April looks so far away
I've been very psyched about this game for the past year, but everything you just listed makes me want to wait for a sale
Ok, then it wasn't a great experience for me. There is not much to explore or interact with. I always felt the game, sorry, experience, was telling me what to do. Most of the time the things I did were dull. Some weren't, those were the cool parts of the experience. And to do those things -dull and cool-, I had to backtrack a lot. It is also strange for S&S to be listed in the Game category in the App Store if it is an experience. And so many reviews in gaming websites... hmm.
-The game is short, but great (depending on your mindset) for the duration -Correct, it's an interactive movie presented in pixel art -Boss sequences are not really combat, but timed cutscenes involving you pressing the attack/defend buttons. Normal combat is not encountered very often as it is. -It's an adventure game, as it is advertised as. What is the definition of an "old" adventure game? -Again, what is your definition of said "gameplay"? As I said, this can be considered an interactive movie. The gameplay, when taking into account visual and aural effects, is very good for an adventure game.

This game is by far the one I've most been looking forward to on the iPhone. I can't wait for the iPhone release.
For anyone who has played the game, is the world a lot bigger then what we have seen so far in the released footage of the game? For example, are the forest areas large with lots of stuff to explore? I don't want any spoilers...I just want to know if the world is larger then what I have seen in clips so far. Also are there weather effects (rain etc...)?
Does anyone know if the iPhone version willl be any different, content-wise, compared to the iPad version? Will it be shorter, longer, have exclusive areas, etc?
