I see they've come out with a PSP version of Super Stardust HD (a PS3 title). Stardust and Super Stardust were Amiga games originally. I love SS HD for the PS3. I'd not mind seeing this come to the iPhone. How does this work? I remember playing this on PS3 and you had to move with one stick and shoot with the other, the PSP has only one analog stick.
I believe the game allows some control options, but the default is that you use the face buttons for firing and the analog nub to move. There is some added logic to the firing controls, however: - Keep the button downpressed and the ship fires a steady narrow stream of bullets - Tap the button to fire a wide spread. The intensity of the tapping affects the width of the spread somewhat. - When using the Gold Melter, tapping the button will wiggle the beam - Pressing down three or more face buttons at the same time will rotate the Gold Melter around the ship to create the "shield wall" Aaand perhaps this thread is a bit off-topic for this forum
Glad I didn't throw out my PSP. SUPERSTAR DUST, EVERYDAY SHOOTER.. Both just released. Best shooters (SHUMPS) in a long list of other's coming.. RTYPES I,II,III just released as well. WOOT! PSN finally is supporting their gear. Just got WIPEOUT HD for the PS3 from PSN as well. ONLY AVAILABLE via PSN btw. HOT TITLES. You'll also see BOMBERMAN ULTRA for PS3 on PSN in two weeks approx.
