They all had the same issue, yes. Two possibilities: 1) HC and HC Lite got a more permissive Apple employee assigned to approve it, so we were just lucky there. It's happened before. 2) They're more strict about API's for new releases than they are for updates to older games. This is more likely, judging by the WWDC keynote. Can't say for sure. The delay might actually work in our favor. It gives us more time to test and polish the first few updates. We're planning constant updates for SQH. Hook Champ got a lot of updates, by any standard, but Super QuickHook's updates will blow them out of the water.
I have a simple question, because of the unfortunate rejection are you going to wait for the next avialable Friday (most likely the 18th) or are you going with release on approval?
Next available Friday, most likely. Otherwise the whole "get it on the opening weekend for 1 exclusive hat" doesn't really work. Plus just general coordination with review sites and such.
It was rejected Tuesday. Unless they approve it today (which would give enough time, barely, for me to alert review sites/get out codes), it's going to be the 18th for the release date.
So if apple approves it in the next day or so, will you still let it be released? Or will you wait till next Friday anyhow since you need to get builds to review sites and to set up promotional material? Either way this game is going to be SWEET, so you have my money whenever it comes out!
No multiplayer only play against you best time ghost and other people's ghost when they challenge you
That sucks, I'm not going to have internet access either of the next two Fridays... And I this past week already felt like a month waiting for SQH to come out. Oh well, good luck Kepa!
iTunes needs to hurry up and approve this already, I'm sick of constantly checking the TA homepage to see if it's out yet only to be disappointed.
