Ok, but if I see a bug I don't leave a bad review... I send a mail to devs and I wait. If they don't reply then I could leave a bad review.
    Yes, I am a odd boy! :)

We think we got the shop bug fixed in the first update. It was a really weird one. If it persists, we'll try to fix it again in update 2.

Do hooks add anything to the game or are they just for looks, like hats?

All this game needs is a spider man character option and a web hook =)

thank you! and thats a shame that theres no upgradeable hooks :( what would be cool is if there were a few different types of hooks, like one that shoots faster, one that is longer, and one that pulls you faster, and then you would have to choose which hook was the one for you. just to fit different play styles and give you a reason to buy new hooks :)

In Rocketcat's previous game Hook Champ you could purchase numerous hook upgrades from the shop that would increase the length and whatnot, but once you bought them all you had the same maxed-out hook with the same graphic as everyone else. The exception is that each character had a special final hook that changed the graphic, so technically there were four different hooks but they were all very expensive and took time to get.

This game starts you out with a "fully upgraded" hook, so since you're not buying upgrades you instead get many more options for customizing the hook's graphic (and can perform much better from the get go). Like it's predecessor this game does have some upgrades that affect your player instead of your hook, such as the sliding pants or the snorkel for avalanche mode. Ultimately it's not about finding a hook to suit your play style, it's about perfecting your technique and using finesse to earn high scores (or beat the dev scores). As they say, practice makes perfect!

Right, I do understand this change, and I like this game much more the Hook Champ, mostly for the lack of monster chasing you. I just feel limited in terms of progression. I wish that they would come out with an rpg'esque version.

Unfortunately for others and the devs, not all are like you or I :\

After much consideration I have decided to buy Superquick Hook.

Even though I wouldn't consider it to be the sort of game I would buy, after all the great reviews and comments I have given in.

I did not buy Hook Champ when it was out so this will be a new experience.

I will tell you my thoughts later.

    Help in ember march

Hi guys, I'm stuck at ember march (in getting all golds). I have 50/55 coins, and I can't beat the dev score missing those 5 (didn't try yet, but I probably can't). At 70% thru, I have 30/55. Did I miss any before? Or are they after? Could someone tell me the location of all the ones before (if I missed 5 and it should be 35/55 at 70%, or all after( if it should be 30/55)
    thanks for the help.

They're most likely the ones under the lava just before the finish.

Think this was posted before. At around 28%, you need to rocketjump over the steam geyser rather than hitting it; you will land on a platform and slide into some coins.

    1st lava level

Oops I got the names mixed up. Thanks for the help on ember march anyway, I was still looking for those too. Well anyway, it's the same thing as above just with the 1st lava level (forgot the name).
