I'm pretty sure that happened to me on a different level. I can't speak for Kepa but I believe if you exceed a certain time you get negative points or your score is just set to zero, regardless of coins.

no, this is to credit qpawn as the greatest hooker who ever walked the earth

    (yes, that sounded pretty wrong)

exactly, I meant as a reference to his unholy hook champ scores and the conspiracy it formed, not as a beta tester.

and pleeeease put in pizza rolls in the credits level, maybe you could steal them from the rocketcat at the end?

whats the crown glitch? i wouldnt glitch it, but i really dont see how to unlock those nightmare levels!

the glitch is that the crown requires the completion of 4 nightmare levels, but you can just run the first one 4 times, same with the crystal hook, you can just beat the same dev score 18 times

    oh, ok. thanks.
i'll earn the crown the right way after the update, when unlocking these levels is clearer

Collecting coins is essential to a high score. Speed isn't everything.

Yes, you HAVE to have all the coins, and then figure the quickest route while getting all of them.

100% coin collection is the most important thing. Trial & error, take your time through a level and find all the spots the coins are at, and then remember next time around.

I hope a future updates includes more funny dialoge... No tlaking, or any sort of story.. Hook Champ was more fun in that sense.

yeah.. I kinda thought there'd be a story after seeing the opening cutscene initially.

With nothing chasing you you'd expect the game to be easier, but it's the requirements of the later levels that really ramp up the difficulty, and that might put off the casual gamer. I also agree that the game's humour isn't up to par as it was in hook champ, but Jakob's mentions of Jake is a pretty cool nod to HC.

Still, what I really like about this game is that it's oozing with charm, and imo it feels a lot like the mario of the iphone right now.
