Thanks a lot Nightmare13 and the pictures were a lot of help Fl!ppy! Now I only have the dev score for Rancid Hell (I'm 200 points off! Stupid breakable walls in the beginning >.< ), dev for Zigzag (gulp) and silver/gold in eruption. My goal is in sight!
As far as I'm aware, you have to use a rocket boot through the first long patch of break away walls in Rancid Hell. At least, that's how I've always done it. Swing and then use a rocket boost when you're about halfway through to get you the rest of the way. Zigzag Horror... well... it gets easier. Eventually. Use Super QuackHook or Gnomey if you have/get access to either of them. It'll help a bit. For eruption mode, just try and try again.
Still In Review. Then again, it got In Review mighty early... Eev: I'm pretty pleased with Eruption and its differences from Avalanche. The most evident difference is that Eruption's harder due to intentional awkwardness in some areas or outright death due to spikes. Eruption is also a much more "focused" mode as you pointed out, not just due to the difficulty, but also because there are no secret paths to worry about. It's a pure survival mode. I'm actually more pleased with the Eruption design than I am with Avalanche's.
Dang. I've been trying to unlock dwarven door and I'm real close, like 3 things away, and I wanna try out gnomey real bad.
I feel your pain man, I'm pretty sure all I've got left is a gold in Eruption and I'm good to go. Then again, I could go for all platinums ... ... nah. Not quite quick enough.
Do it. If you enjoy the game, keep pushing yourself to go further. Once you start getting platinums the golds will look ugly.

Damn. That's a mighty impressive score, especially for a challenge. I usually do somewhat poorly when dueling. I'll give it a shot later tonite. Not to speak for The Man Himself, but I think qpawn is waiting for the update to correct an achievement issue that might be preventing him from unlocking the dwarf door. Rest assured that he'll dominate that level's leaderboard--it's sort of his thing.
