No no no, do not apologize for expressing your opinion, we are all entitled to our own opinions. I really do hope that you enjoy the game; we protesters are but the minority, and this phase will eventually end after the game is released. People will turn over a new leaf and become more accepting, trust me. It's just the initial reaction, and the company already foresaw this. You have the right to spend your money how you want; don't let others dictate your actions. That being said, as a protestor, solely due to the online-only DRM (otherwise, I would have decided to purchase this game), I have decided not to purchase this game.
Could this be one of those early in the week release despite having a Thursday drop date? Or no because it's Nintendo and it will be as scheduled due to all the hype/marketing.
Yep they probably make us all wait, when I want it now, sound like a little child but I do want it now haha
Though I'm on the disappointed end of this spectrum (also because of the online-only component), I appreciate people giving their opinions about the game and agreeing or disagreeing in a polite way. But I do agree about the toxicity. There have been plenty of unkind things said to others who have conveyed their positive and negative opinions about the game. It does get difficult to converse when others tell you there's no legitimacy to your opinion. Or you're just wrong. I am, however, looking forward to downloading SMR, playing the demo, and then rating it and giving Nintendo my feedback.
It is in other parts of the world. I was asking towards them. Don't understand why it's not out in New Zealand or Australia
It just hit 12 midnight here in PH, no sign of Mario Run. It's most likely going to be worldwide release in a few more hours. Hopefully.
I am so excited for this game. Sadly, my son is the only one in the house with an iOS device that can actually run this and Android is MIA for now. Still buying it to support future Nintendo endevors to mobile.
