Every time the Game Center notification comes up, it freezes and kills the App. Is this something specific to my device (Ipad 4 running IOS 8) or are others having this problem as well?
Fixed infinite Red Eye Orb bug Draguardian and Bandit re-balancing. They should be a bit easier. Fixed Game Center crash for the people who were super popular and had loads of friends Faster map scrolling Fixed text on Concert Ticket, Mercenary Contract, Red Eye Orb, and Robohorn of Summoning You can now buy Robohorn of Summoning once unlocked Krakens actually do stuff now. They've been unleashed.
Can I ask how many friends you have on GC? The current work-around is to disable it before playing, although this should be fixed in v1.03
Good morning. Can someone explain how after touch works? No matter what I do I can't get extra glyphs to add to damage
If you add non-matching and non-opposing glyphs to the end of a spell, they will add damage. You can tell it worked if you see a +1 or +2 after your spell name. So like... Water + Water + Grass = "Splash +1". Water + Water + Grass + Light = "Splash +2". For combo spells it would look like: Fire + Light + Fire + Light + Grass = "Sunstrike +1" If you add matching elements, I don't think they count. Like: Water + Water + Grass + Water... I think that would give you "Splash +1"
I had an epic battle on one of the adventures where I had the respawning bees over and over. I must have killed 50+ of those things. My combo was in the 80's when it finally ended and I got ~25 of the purple material that they can drop.
I apologize if this has been answered before but I just got the unicorn horn for the musical cosplayers quest and he gave me a music ticket. Anyone know what it does? It's in my inventory but I'm hesitant to use it
Although I have the first game I still feel like a newbie as I must have only scratched the surface of combos. I believe combos are matching two, three, or four of the same icon. If sometimes I match two abd the next time it is three is this a combo? I still am confused about mix combo with two icons of one kind and I'm assuming two of a different. Or alternating with icon A icin b icon A and icon b etc... Am I understand the combos right with combos of the same kind and mixed combos? I was raised in a world where your opinion wasn't the law. That said, I do think it's terrible dev strategy to start high and go low. It makes more sense to only go up until sales die and later maybe introduce occasional price drops or free runs to rekindle interest. [Insult removed]
That 'musical cosplayer' is the infamous Bard Austin (IRL Austin Wintory, composer behind things like The Banner Saga and Journey). The concert ticket will summon him in to battle whereby it will stun the audience with one power chord. (Area of Effect Stun attack) Once unlocked, the Concert Ticket becomes available to buy in Shopkeeper Adam's store.
I think you might be getting a little confused. A normal spell is one consisting of between 2 and 5 glyphs of the same type. These do damage depending on what sort of element you used. In addition, those of 5 in length deal that damage to all enemies at once as an Area of Effect spell. A Chain is what happens when you follow a spell with a spell containing the same element. So if you cast Ignite (2 Fire) then follow it up with a Combust (3 Fire), you'll increase your Chain value by one and do more damage. A Combo is what happens when you mix two separate elements together in a single spell. They're a bit trickier than regular spells, but have the potential to be much more powerful. Combos take the format of ABAB, so Fire-Light-Fire-Light, for example. Any two elements can be mixed in a single combo so long as none of them are opposites - so no Fire + Water spells, for example. There's a complete list of all of the combinations and their effects a little earlier in the thread.
Again I humbly apologize. I fear my ignorance has offended you. I will remedy that immediately good sir by acquiring all video games, CDs, and any other musical compositions composed by the "infamous Bard Austin" and spend the next two weeks, 3 days, and 6.5 hours sequestered in my home until I have his ENTIRE discography committed to memory. At this time I can only ask your forgiveness and stay committed to the fact that everyone else in the game is wearing relatively normal clothes or Mage robes, he is wearing as costume with fox ears and a tail. He is cosplayong as either the fox from fox and the hound or Naruto on his one-tailed fox form. Now good day sir!
Ahh, maybe that is it. I got hundreds of friend requests when I was playing Sky Force. Maybe it is time to purge...
Oh hey - you didn't offend me at all. Leanne might be a bit upset that you don't think he looks like one of the characters from Journey though, but I'm sure she'll get over it She was very happy about the 'cosplaying' remark though.
I knew it! I had suspected about the resemblance to the character in Journey as well but did not think to ask you about it. Not just with the artwork, I found that a lot of the game's writing includes quite a bit of hidden popular culture references. Very clever.
Would be nice if the map areas glowed or somehow indicated when there's a quest / adventure in that place.
Just wander around the world. It's not that big...unless you are in a rush to finish the game. And why would you be.
I told you my level already, but I want to address the sameness of the adventure monsters. I wouldn't mind so much, but what it means is I can't get any more of the crafting materials I need, namely both types of hides, gold nuggets (I forget their name) and whatever the blue sparkly/wispy material is. I can get goop, monster parts, scales, and bone fragments. Not sure about feathers, but I don't need those now.
I have had no problem getting materials. I have all staves crafted and at least half the robes. Did you get any crafting perks? (I have mine at second upgrade) Also I find that certain monsters tend to drop specific materials. For example, if I want bones or magic u hunt in the graveyard. From memory I seem to get hides easiest in the desert area. I hope that helps.
