Wow, what a total vindication for Playdek. I hope everyone that has bashed them about this is prepared to apologize.
Total vindication over the Summoner Wars issues (adn very welcome indeed!), not over issues (perceived or not) with other Playdek products.
Very true, that is of course what I meant! The only issue I have with Playdek is that they cancelled their Smash Up port!
That was a shame. I, mostly, would like to see Nightfall continued, expanded, and iPhone 5S-ed. I don't really take issue with Playdek for not doing so, but it would probably be among the best things that could happen to me as far as iOS gaming matters
I finally figured out how to play this and now Im having this problem. I will contact Apple and see what's up. I want to buy more factions now but Im hesitant until it gets fixed.
Here is the response that I got from Playdek. Evidently still an issue. Hello, While we can indeed track this, we don't have a way to supply you with this card deck while this IAP issue is still around. The update did go through on the 1st, however we don't understand why the update didn't resolve this IAP issue and are working with Apple now to find a resolution. I will let you know of any new development as soon as I know. This issue is just so bizarre its baffling. My god they are absolutely clueless regarding this long standing issue. This whole situation is effectively tarnishing playdek's reputation and the most surprising this is: they don't seem to care. Oh and to the guy who was prematurely trying to shame everyone into an apology: I hope you have an idea of how ridiculous you look right about now.
Wow..thanks for the news! I was about do delete the game this morning before I check TA. Now time to get more headaches and learn how to play the other factions.
Sadly i can't restore purchases after the 1.2.0 update. I purchased the Core 1 bundle some time ago but the only thing that is restored is the mercenary pack 1. The Core 1 bundle is not even on the iap-list. What is happening here? Anyone having the same problem?
Not again! I haven't updated and won't until I hear better news. Really hope this hasn't fallen back into the broken restore purchases rut.
Won't restore in-app purchases but all the factions are playable in game. I thought I bought the mercenary pack, but now I don't know...
Soooo I know this thread hasn't seen many hits in months now...but I'm having a problem restoring purchases on my new iPhone 6 plus. I can access the in-game store just fine on my iPad 2, iPad 3, and iPhone 4s (both on wifi and off), but on my iPhone 6 plus I just get Failed to connect to the App Store whenever I try to either peruse the items to buy or restore purchases (the list never populates). All of the apps are the same version and are running on the same network. Anyone else having this problem on the new hardware? Any ideas to try? I should also mention that I can play the game online/offline just fine, I just can only use the starter deck (despite having purchased the 9 faction bundle ages ago).
