I need some suggestions for my dh's iPhone.

    He has really liked

    Civilization
    Carcasonne

I was looking for a game from that genre, but I keep finding IPad games and I use our iPad 90% of the time (ticket to ride, new world colony, small world, etc are all for the iPad). I wanted something he could play on his phone. I had considered Catan, but it really has mixed reviews.

He has also liked Plant Versus Zombies.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

Along strategy lines consider Ascendancy, Vincere Totus Astrum, The Settlers, Knighturn, Assault Commander Ultimate, or Neuroshima Hex. For a civilization style history bend there's Egypt Engineering An Empire.

Reiner Knizia has some popular board games.

PvZ clones Devil May Care and Petswar might warrant thought.

Good luck, let us know what you decide.

    Thanks.
I went with Neuroshima Hex. I tried the lite version last night and I enjoyed it.
I like the look of Reiner Knizia's Samurai. I am still debating on that.

Several look interesting and have very cheap prices...highborn, everlands. Creeps and Defender Chronicles looked interesting. I'm still debating on these.

I didn't realize World of Goo was out for the iphone now (I have for the ipad), so I had to go with that as well.

Then I went with freebies, like Meteor Blitz. I also have Beyond Ynth that I picked up for free at some point, but that he's never played.

great little war game and tactical warrior are excellent turn based strategy games. 2 of the best, in fact.
