Enigmo... nice, not exactly sucky but I wish I hadn't bought it as it's just not my type of game.

Pocket God... forum favourite I know, but for me this isn't good at all. I was expecting something more substantial; the blurb made it sound like Black & White, as if a non-tyrannical path is open to you in the game.

Peggle (don't care if there's a cult following it or whatever, it's boring and shallow to me, and the absurd price is probably only from the hype)
Car Jack Streets (don't like this type of game)
Defender Chronicles (too hard, unless I'm missing some key elements in the game; in that case it's too convoluted and lacks any clear instructions or game tips)
Sparta Lords of War (yeah might be next year before a proper update is submitted, so far the game has near zero content)
Uniwar (thank god I bought it at $0.99 and not $7.99, if I bought it at the latter price I'll send some really evil things to the developer; developer lacks the initiative to tell players when the fatal bugs in the game will be fixed; in other words it's an unplayable game unless you have extremely high tolerance)
Golden Axe (played it on a friend's iPhone; the worst iPhone game I've ever played; ridiculous difficulty, very glitchy, and just really crappy interface/graphics)

Worst game that i bought in my opinion is Dungeon Defense. Really boring with almost no replay value.

Dungeon Defense was boring and it got ridiculously hard after the first map.

Chronicles of Inotia- Almost no storyline, the entire game is based on grinding.

    7Cities- Just an average td.

This thread is pointless. “Sucky suck suck” games are the rule, not the exception. A list of worthwhile games would be an order of magnitude smaller.

Rolando - Super boring and I don't find much fun in rolling balls. It is a unique idea but it's just no fun.

Spore - Too repetitive, it was alright the first few levels then it got pointless.

Zen Bound - It was too calm to be even classified as a "game" for me. Aside from puzzles, this was also way too boring.

Finally took the plunge (ooo $.99) and bought it. played it once, probably never will again. Repetitive sounds...repetitive everything. Sounds cool when you read about it, but I think it's boring.

EXACTLY HOW I FEEL FOR ALL THOSE GAMES... I thought Terminator Salvation was going to be a totally different thing, but failed... Super Monkey ball was just kinda annoying, and Wolfenstein 3D.. it's boring.. The game itself is pretty simple, but that's just my opinion... I like 3D fps games with modern warfare (not talking about COD 4 and COD 4/2) and etc. Or a 3D version of Call of Duty: Finest Hour (awsome).

Also agree with you for all of those games but peggle and golden axe (never played before). peggle was a bit addicting, it's like... brick breaker with steroids haha! would buy the game for 3 bucks..

What I really hate the most is Car Jack Streets... Played it for 7 minutes.. Then I never came back to it... It's just, very dull... You steal a car... and thats just about it.. Same map, everything looks the same.. Unlike Payback.. It was really worth buying, 3D graphics, new maps, guns (also in cjs), you get used to people looking like sticks (who wouldn't like moving stick people :D? besides the people's heads.. ignore that), nice music, nice voices, etc.

I like the graphics style, it reminds me of watercolors.

If you're talking about the TD, you're right it is a tough game, but still interesting.
Totally agree, even with the update and the "steering wheel", I can't drive down the street without slamming into every building, car and pedestrian in the city.
I like these controls, though, yes, not everyone will like them.
Next update waiting for apple approval has the menu retro in style just like rest of game. I liked the sound effects and never was bothered with the 'tail'.
I don't really have an issue with the controls. I can navigate in game pretty easily with them, but they can be flaky at times.

...like your sig, says "To each his own."

NanoFighter update should have been here a long time ago, developer pulled it to fix bugs or something. At it's current state, I do not like the game. :( It's more than just the menu and tail, but I don't need people to fill the thread with the usual. (Reboot device, reinstall, redownload, install not using iTunes, etc etc etc...) I'm getting sick and tired of doing all this crap to play most games!

No way, it has really nice graphics. They are like a painting, as the previous poster said - sort of like watercolor art.

Rolando - I don't hate it or anything and I play it from time to time but it's just very frustrating to me trying to get Rolandos to move a certain way or whatever and for some reason they just won't. Has a few brilliant features, though, like the interactive menu system.

Newtonica - maybe not disappointing so much as I just suck at it, plus it takes too long to really get going. Individual games of it can take forever. My ex always kicked my ass at the game so that was frustrating too. Brilliant aesthetic, though, game is just badly in need of an update.

Dizzy Bee - such a compact game but it's just not much fun to play. Can't quite put my finger on it, enemies kill you or the creatures you're carrying way too easily.

    Ancient Frog - ZzZzzZZzzzz...

circuit strike one (I don't remember where the underscores go) - laggy, horrible controls, and it requires exacto-knife precision to even kill a damn thing. The things it says to insult you (l337 f417ur3, N3WB, etc.) are stupid as hell, too. Probably my worst impulse purchase.

Spore - like many have said before me, repetitive as hell and nothing is very much fun. It's too back and forth, you can seemingly grow to gargantuan size like that and all of a sudden be near death within seconds. Neither your failure nor your success ever seem to make much sense, as if you're not actually earning anything, things are just happening to you. Game also lags whenever you eat something or get hit, etc.

Chopper - know idea why this was on top at the App Store as long as it was, maybe people were just sold by the idea that it had dropped $7 or $8 or however many dollars it had in price. I chalk that off merely to the developer completely botching the App Store pricing system at first. Hit detection is off, many times I've rescued like 20 survivors only to brush the side of a building on my final descent to the landing pad only to explode. Needs a checkpoint system, maybe whenever you drop a batch of survivors off.

Spawn Illuminati - not a game per se, but why does this app see so much success? Laggy and the visual effects are not all that impressive. Confusing interface as well, options will seemingly select and deselect at random.

What? The game has great graphics, it's handdrawn I believe.

    Car Jack - Terrible controls!
They fixed the controls with updates...

Circuit Strike One - LAGGGGG!!!! Controls are crappy
The controls, again are fine. They just take a bit of effort, not just pointing

    in directions.

NanoFighter - Tail on your ship is annoying, sndfx suck, menu is not retro
    How dare u =O

    Topple - Freaking ads!
    It's A FREE GAME.

Zombieville USA - Made with UNITY, enough said!
    ...No comment. I'm done.
