Paris 2014 Update Hi guys, A update is out for Subway Surfers. Join Jake and his friends for new World Tour adventures in stunning Paris! In Paris you can upgrade your collection with a new special board, the Teleporter. When equipped, this sci-fi inspired board lets you zap from side to side in small bursts of light. Paris also marks the return of Coco, the lovable mime. Together with Prince K, she has brought a new colourful Outfit for the Tour. Do you have the power? If so, you should go for the new I Got the Power Awards. Pick up powerups high and low whenever possible and youll be well on your way to earn the Awards! As always, feedback and questions are very welcome.
Awesome! Love the new update. I love the fact that you guys aren't working on a sequel, but instead, keep adding amazingness to an already fantastic game! This, to me, is one great difference between SS and games like Temple Run. Honestly? Who needs a Subway Surfers sequel when you guys just keep making this game better and better little by little every month or two? I wish more devs would adopt this philosophy. I played with the new hoverboard, too, and it is pretty nifty. Love the unique shape and the lateral teleportation. All the special powers boards offer variety and interesting gameplay, which is great. However, I have to say that the Bouncer Board is still, and has always been, my hands-down favorite! That one really helps to get high scores because while using it, it prevents any sneakers you have from getting depleted. I do have a couple of more items of feedback, since you asked (lol or rather said you welcome it): 1. I understand why you guys allow gamers to use keys to buy outfits and costumes, and it is a great way for people who don't like to use keys to get rid of them. However, PLEASE consider giving gamers a choice between spending keys OR coins for the outfits. Honestly? I find the keys have way too much in-game value to use for something so seemingly superfluous as wardrobe items. 2. Please find a way to make keys purchasable in the shop. Again, I know there are tons of gamers who don't use keys, and that's cool. But if you could charge, say about 300 or whatever you think is a reasonable amount of coins per key, that would be an awesome addition to the game, in my opinion. Again, not for everyone, just those of us who like using them.
Love the new update! And the new board is fantastic! Figure it'd go well with Yutani and realized she still has the texture problem on her face. She only has it in the title screen and hover board screen but not in the character select screen or any other.
Both suggestions would have a deep impact on the game economy, and I find it unlikely we will change them. I will bring it up to the team, though, and see what they think. Could you get us a screenshot for that?
I am not sure if this has been asked before but here goes ! I am trying to get a score in the 40 millions and as you all know this has to be done over a period of days (unless I want to sit for 6-7 hours straight) lol..now I usually hit pause and then the home button on my Samsung phone to go back to the phone menu. It works most of the times as I enter the game later and continue where I left but at some point, I enter the game to see that the run has ended and the menu is showing as if I had never done the run before... why could this be happening?
Thanks for the screenshot, I will forward it and see if we can do something about it. And yes, we have removed the 30 FPS cap on iDevices, so now it can run up to 60 Most users found it useful to go into settings and clear the cache of the game. If that does not help, send us an e-mail to [email protected]
How do you do this? I checked the settings in-game, and there was no button or function to clear the game cache. So I went into the iPad's settings and the only cache you seem to be able to clear is in Safari. I couldn't find any function in the iPad's settings to clear Subway Surfer's game cache.

question about ranking hi all, sorry if this question has been covered before but I can't find it. I'm unclear on how the rankings work. I have just beaten my last high score which is over the 6million mark but it's not showing in the ranking, I have a lower score that is showing. Also why is there no medal next to my name, even though I appear in the ranking?? Thanks
Totally right, clearing the cache of an app (any app) is only possible on Android. Hey there, the rankings are updated with your new score whenever you beat it (score higher) but only if there is an active tournament. Tournaments are currently set to last 5 days, and when there are no tournaments, the Top Run screen will show a timer until the next tournament starts. Medals are awarded after a tournament has been completed, and will be visible only for the duration of the next tournament. That said, we are currently working on the UI to make it more intuitive for users to see if there is a tournament going on.
Los Angeles Update Hi guys, The Subway Surfers World Tour continues in USA. For the 10th update of 2014 Jake and his friends will visit L.A. and surf in the magnificent movie settings of Hollywood. The visit in L.A. marks a grand expansion of the daily events system. From now on there will be a cool event taking place every day of the week. Some of the events are new and some are old acquaintances: Mystery Monday - with surprising Super Mysterizer powerups in the Subway. Thriller Tuesday - with Mega Jackpot prizes in Mystery Boxes. Wild Wednesday - with characters and boards from previous cities returning to the Subway. (Character) Thursday - with +5 Multiplier bonus for a specific character (you’ll have to wait and see which characters ... ). Fabulous Friday - with Super Mystery Box Mania in the Subway. Weekend Sale. As usual, the trip to Los Angeles also comes loaded with new in-game objects. Wayne, the skilful actor, is the new limited character. Take him for a ride on the new Cruiser board that looks like a classic American car. You can also dress him or Ninja up with new Outfits - and while you are at it go for the new “Looking Good” Awards that reward you for the number of Outfits you own. I hope you enjoy the stay in L.A.! As always, feedback and questions are very welcome.
Overall, love it. As always, your new cities are awesome. The clapperboards are my favorite collectibles so far. I love that every day has a new event and I am really digging the extra 5% with a random character on Thursday (today) as it is an awesome thing to combine with a Score Booster. Love the scenery, particularly the broken road parts of the tracks obviously meant as a movie-set or special effect kind of thing. I do have one little point of constructive criticism and one question. First, I know that in your response above to me, you mentioned that "selling keys" for coins would be a problem for the in-game economics, and while I disagree with that and am disappointed by it, its your choice, of course, and I respect the decision. However, on that topic, there is one problem I have that I think should be addressed somehow: By making the clothing ONLY available for purchase with coins, it is kind of screwing the people like me who hold onto our keys jealously, only using them for the actual in-game functions. The price for clothing items is exorbitant, at least in my opinion, and you are only giving back 3, 5, and 8 keys for each Award, respectively in order of Bronze, Silver, and Gold. So can you guys (for the sake of allowing me to get that award without paying a ridiculous number of keys for receiving a total of 16 back for that one set of awards) PLEASE, I beg you, at least allow us to purchase the outfits with our choice of coins OR keys? At least that would be fair and not screw me over. Alternatively, if you can't do that, can you at least let me delete that award from my "Me" menu so I don't have to see it every day, knowing I will never, ever, ever, ever spend the keys on a wardrobe? So far the only alternate outfits I have are a couple, which are the ones you initially offered and sold for coins, not keys. It seems a little unfair to saddle us with the burden of forking over so many keys just to get so few back in return. Now my question: I m missing two characters and two boards: The characters I am missing are: Carmen and Elf Tricky, and the boards I am missing are: Fortune and Toucan. I have all the others. I believe you offer Elf Tricky during the holidays, to purchase as a microtransaction, which is fine and I will pay for her. But will you guys ever offer (either in the game or as a microtransaction) these boards and the last character? Thanks! And sorry to be so critical of this month's Award offering.
You might be obliterating my ass score wise Chirovette, but I find solace in my up to date collection of surfers and their boards. But yeah it would definitely be cool if they could bring those characters from time to time for the ones who missed them. I think they've been doing that for a few as of late, right? On a second note: Kiloo, I regret to inform you that from this moment on..I won't be updating Subway Surfers anymore. This new scenery is just too cool! (Had you going for a bit, huh?) I love it! On to the bad stuff. I feel like a chump to keep nagging on this, but Yutani still has the weird stretching around her mouth.
What platform are you playing this on? I will friend you if you are playing on an Apple device since I am playing on an iPad. Or are you able to have cross platform friends on this game? You definitely had me going. I was reading that going, "WTF??" lol Hey I am the king of nagging here. So knock it off!!
Hehe, sure man. Although you'll be disappointed coz I'm the fat guy who's winded and sides start hurting seconds after running. Haven't been able to get past 4 mil. At any rate, Banana Fractions is my username.
