And again, in pretty much the same spot! The tutorial is telling me to "drag the first Market tile" but the spot it's pointing to is empty (the first time I ran the tutorial, that spot had a tile in it, but the game crashed as soon as I dragged it off).

Absolutely. The game is fantastic. The app had a number of major issues at launch, but the programmer and developer have worked hard on fixing those and the new update has been working great for me. It's quickly become one of my favorite games.
I still have the issue in Online MP: when the game asks to dispose a tile, no X icon is shown that allows me to get ride of one, making the game stuck. I quit the app and replay the turn and it is still there. I seriously thing the MP need a overhaul -- I have > 18 apps which I play MP regularly and this is the only one which shows me first the list of GC friends instead of games in progress, not to mention I have no idea what my opponent(s) are doing (just like Quarriors!) and not to mention, there is no next game. I strongly suggest the developer(s) take a reference of what Carcasonne does and it still has the best MP UX (except there is no rematch button) after all these years.
