SUBMACHINE arrived in App Store. :D

    from application description:

What is Submachine? No one really knows. There are some facts gathered over time about the structure that lead to several theories about the nature of the Submachine. First of all, the name stand for "submerged machines" as it is believed it's placed underground. First Submachine was built around 1904 - but no one remembers why. And it's not the one You're about to play. Each submachine location consists of series of puzzles enabling alleged escape from the structure. But the game is not about escaping but exploring. At one point You'll be faced with a sentence that You don't want to escape from the Submachine. And You will agree. Millions of players already found that out. You can be next.

I'm guessing that it's a port of this flash game, which I've played and completed before, it was pretty fun.

    Awesome news!

This is HANDS DOWN my favorite Flash-based point and click series. I just about peed myself when I saw this thread.

    ...Yeah, my pants are wet.

Mateusz Skutnik is one of my favorite Flash/Game developers. You should search his name if you haven't heard of him already.

    TMI

A review said it took 20 mins to solve. At $2, that's way too much. Maybe a collection of 10 of these for $2.

Just finished the online-version in 10 minutes. While it was good fun, I repeat - I finished it in 10 minutes. Got the message about Submachine 2 at the end, so maybe this will be receiving updates. Not sure.

Don't really understand this. Look at the video starting at :50 up to 1:00. There are pipes in the corning that go up into the ceiling that you'd think would be shown in the floor up, but they aren't. Dunno if this is a big deal or not, just something I noticed that threw me off from what I thought the objective was.

The games in the Submachine series are all free java games which are already out and can be played online here (it actually starts with Submachine 0)

I couldnt see paying for an iphone version unless: 1) all 6 Submachine games were included & 2) there was a save feature (as part 2 can take a while)

Still excellent games- but 1.99 for 10min, I couldnt do.

I needed 8 minutes to finish the flash version.

    Are there more levels here?
