I'm planning to draw some detailed human portraits. First choice would be a Wacom, but I saw some neat sketching apps for iPad which would save me hundreds of dollars since this is pretty much a one-time use. These include iSketch, Sketchbook Pro, iDraw, etc. The app description screenshots look amazing, are these usually drawn with a stylus or with finger? Is iPad able to sense pressure levels?
I'll need to do about 3 realistic human portraits (around the same detail level as the one you see in those app descriptions). How hard/easy is it to draw on iPad with finger/stylus versus drawing on Wacom connected to something like Photoshop?
