I see you still haven't budged on your price, and that's too bad. I played your game on a friends iPad the other day and was really impressed, and definitely considering purchasing. But then I see, another turn based football game, Soccer Moves, released today, for free, and while it's not the faithful classic you're offering, it's equally enjoyable. I'm not posting this to troll you. I was impressed with your game, and think your missing out. No matter how good your game is, you can't compete with "free", even if it's really just free to try. Unfortunately (for you), anyone remotely interested in a tactical football game experience, is going to pass on your product for now, no matter how good it is, and no matter what reasons your convinced that justify your price-point. Run your game for free for a few days, you'll be surprised by the exposure and sales momentum youll get following the price drop, especially if your promo catches the attention of AppStore news outlets like TA.

I'm going to somewhat abuse my powers here and tell you that if you continue to pester the developer (you should truly be ashamed of your first post in this thread), you're going to suffer the consequences.
@gmattergames: Well, I didn't think you're trolling although for a moment I thought you might be working for "Soccer Moves" This is getting way off-topic, but there was a great article on Pocket Tactics a couple of days ago. Basically you're under the wrong assumption how/that the AppStore works! I'm not sure if you're also a developer, but all articles I read and all the feedback I get from fellow developers is that the app is doing pretty awesome for a lonely independent developer (and doing way better than their free/IAP-app games). It still is way off the point where it would pay for all the time I put into it, but that's fine by me as long as people like it... By the way, I looked at their trailer and it looks kind of cute, although it's a totally different game. The true power of Streetsoccer becomes obvious in online and tournament play. I'm confident that there is way more tactical potential in Streetsoccer than in what looks to be a puzzle game to me. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to setup the tournament servers yet, so that might not be that apparent right now... So bottom line, glad you like Streetsoccer and glad you found something else that fits your taste.
With such sage business advice presumably coming from experience I am just surprised that you simply cannot pay the asking price.
Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that V1.0.2 is now out. V1.0.1 contained a ton of bugfixes but due to a new critical bug, I had to push out a second update quickly after the first. Have fun Alex
Hey everyone, V1.1.0 just arrived in the app store. The game is now fully localized to German and adds a visualization of the region of possible movement. It's subtle but speeds up the game play quite a bit: See my blog for images. I'll finish up DICE+ support now as that has been lying around 90% complete for a while now and after that will either work on the graphics or tournament servers. Have fun Alex
I have been trying to buy this game, but itunes tells me it's not available on the Canadian store (or the US one either, but I can't buy from that one anyway). Has this game disappeared?
