I've run into some good low level players who rematch. And the greyed out buttons have happened to people here where they could still send GG messages to each other. Try spamming a move that always works against bots (e.g., Hugo's cr. k, cr. k, ass splash) to test it.
Maybe you are right but the noobs are really bad lately. I've had about 10 double perfects today geez.
I've had the SP button not work when the match starts and only finding it out when I tried using it but it has never happened where it would stop working during the match. It's just another Capcom hoax so we advertise the game for them. There's no option to add someone else. If sharing the ID isn't enough to get all your rewards, you can always create other GC accounts and add yourself through those haha. All hail the king of SFXT!!!!
OK I got something, i think i know why sometimes the rematch and character button are grayed out. It's because you're facing someone who wasn't playing rank but simply arcade mode with fight request on. they added a round the fight request but turn off the ability to rematch. therefore they are more players available on rank, less waiting time, and that's also why they're so many noobs arround.
Finally I unlocked the expert mode in single player, I've just reached level 22!! It's so hard levelling up!!

Ggs tognesimo. I played twice a guy calle Gregor.f his sig is captain guile. I won twice and both time he unplugged the modem so I sent him some nice messages on gamecenter and ran into him again today. I just walked towards him both round and unplugged the modem as well. I sent him a message " how does is feel to taste your own medicine?" I hate running into those kind of rage quitters. So be aware if you run into him

We all know Squall is the King of all fighting games . Homous found out that the noobs are from playing single player with fight request on. Hahahaha. That is why it's easy pickings...most are just pressing punch while I run them over with level 5 launchers. Hahahaha. Damn, this is hilarious.

I'm totally digging the no rank system. Less quitting in general now. Also, since credits recharge faster, people stick around for more matches.
I run into tons of people that throw out random supers and cross arts. I actually think the update reinforces this as a strategy. I've been using Rolento with Hugo (or sometimes Kaz) the past couple of days and don't bother comboing into super or cross art due to scaling. I just go straight into the super or cross art, especially if I'm low on health and get the extra boost.
I like having some sort of ranking system if done right. With no ranking system or replays, it's hard to figure out where I stand against other players.
