Since they're adding Rolento...I really really hope they'll add Ibuki (although the mobile version seems to be randomized rather than organized). I love Ibuki so much. She is my favourite next to Sakura. If they do that, I won't mind the presence of Hugo. I love the Tekken roster so far and am pretty giddy that they'll be adding Heihachi in the next update. Can't wait.
Omfg I just ran into the most annoying spammer of all time. He was using dahslim and ryu...I couldn't even touch him, he got two perfects in a row by spamming the dahslim stretch and Ryu's hadukon... Any idea how to get thourgh this the next time I run into him? I'm using king as main and Paul as sub. The spammer Name was lê nêyugen I think
I don't inderstand... They knew about iPhone 5 coming out. They even had a sale because of the iPhone 5 release. There was also a new update for the game. Then why is there still no optimization for iPhone 5 screen support? Ridiculous.
Sim with SP off was just for fun and for the learning process. Plus, I figured anything was worth shutting Xion and Shane up. Thanks for posting the links. I will definitely check it out. Also, good games man. I had just woken up and was a little rusty but running into another TA member is like a cup of coffee. Still had some embarrassing dropped combos though. I was really impressed with some of you launcher combos. Didn't know you could work in cross art like that. You're also just scary with Hugo. Have you used him at all as a main? I like him but am not comfortable with him yet so often fall back on Sim as my secondary.
What do you mean his stretch? Sim can be a tough matchup for King if played right. Just keep slowly moving in and make sure you do a ton of damage when/if you finally do. If he's playing 100% runaway style, don't force aggression. Lay back and know you can always pandora at the end (but obviously time it right). Also, Sim is very slow and has a ton of recovery time for just about everything. Lastly, he trades a ton with his long punch so find what works against it and abuse it (or cross counter).
Nice fight too! I was cooking so I couldn't played 100% but you definitly beaten me, nice kazuya. I think we both dropped combos lol. I learned a couple of stuff from you too, I didn't know you could clap twice in a row with hugo, that is going to change my game play. I can only play him as a secondary; I think he does good damage, a bit like paul the only thing is that anybody can runaway from him and he becomes useless.
His stretch: In air (d+P), Standing (f+P) Played him and it's tough to get in. His strategy was spamming fballs, keeping you at bay with stretch limbs and nailing you with cross arts on jump ins. Oh! and of course, running away. Used up my coins trying. I tried patience but he would just get lead and run clock. Sim is tough with this strategy.
My win rate with Hwo is at 75%. Win rate with Ryu as main at 90%. Ryu is sooooo OP in this game. His level 3 damage is really unfair. Haha. Just saying.
The problem is that everybody uses Ryu and Kaz, so it's easy to counter the players who use these chars. BTW, my win rate is 90% too, using Hwo as main
The same thing fo Volt: Iphone 4 was out before Volt but Capcom has not optimized the game for retina display! So I think that SfxT will get the same treatment.
I just fought a Nina who destroyed me. I don't know if it's because i don't know the match up or because I suck, but her combo are endless and she seems to have a lot of priorities, I think in good hands she's a beast. I saved the replay but as we can't upload anything... It's just point less right now. I also played sfvolt for the first time since the launch of sfxt and I suck so bad!!! I kept trying to do low kick and flk like in sfxt! It's so hard so switch from one game to another.
That Cross Art on jump-ins is tought to beat. I still think he's a weak character but I need to learn the matchup. He's very rare as a main online. Who did you use? Learning how to hit the hit boxes on his limbs is key IMO. When I use him as a secondary, I feel like a lot of moves beat his stretch or trade. Trades are huge because Sim has low stamina and damage. Plus, most trades mean a knockdown for Sim (and not for his opponent. When you knock Sim down you have to capitalize. I imagine that moves like Kaz's DGF and Hugo's lariat would also be useful.
Nina is very good but hard to use. Sort of like Viper with a lot of execution necessary. Still hoping to run into Capt's Nina/Chun. Oh, and with replays it sucks that they don't even save names
