I think those are the most powerful combos after launcher for each character. No gems, 100% partner gauge, meterless and without any other launchers.

Capcom really need to work on ''logic''... obviously people should screw practices and go straight into Rank then level up, then back to the not-so-serious friendly matches so, aside from ranking up, there's no other way to fight you other than randomly meet you online? No wonder why there are still more people Volting...
He uses Ryu as main and Guile as secondary, and plays aggresive with both characters. Unless you unlock friendlies (level 44)... no.
The GC menu should appear after the splashes, but since you don't have friendlies unlocked it doesn't. So... well, level up

I know your feelings. Try changing ranked matches options. If you have Automatic, change it into your continent. This will at least avoid most laggy matches.
