But summer release is confirmed by capcom?? Maybe is the next summer, but in the last video capcom shows a beta version with 10 chars and menu! It's strange this delay, maybe the game has been cancelled!
When they showed that beta video, it looked so polished, i figured that they would release it really soon. Now its fine if they release it on september, but capcom should at least give out some new info regarding the game every now and then. I think the lack of news is whats getting on all our nerves. However i still believe capcom will release the game next month.
In the video, they talked as if it was coming out very soon. I also don't care when it come out but dislike the lack of information coming out from Capcom.
Capcom has disappointed us again. Ignoring us and even lied by saying that they would show some new game play and give us some new's on it yesterday. Gamescom will be over at 10 utc time today which is like 4 hours from now or 3( depending on where you live). We can safely say something is going on wether it's that they canceled it or there just being complete jerks and keep focusing on sfxt for the vita( we're on youtube and offcial capcom forums they are getting tired of hearing the same crap as of us too) though most of the time I'm cool headed and calm, I'm actuly pissed at capcom. I'm planing on blowing my 6 bucks on sf4v or kof because now this game does not seem promising anymore. Any ways so what do you guys think? Should I get sf4v, kof, or just wait?
SFIV Volt is awesome and I hate to say it, but I don't expect SFxT to be a better fighting game, although I obviously don't have a ton to go on. I will continue playing Volt even after SFxT comes out just because, to me, it's that good. KOF looks interesting but has different mechanics and is very combo-based, which makes it less appealing to me given the touch screen controls. Plus, for me it would involve learning a game (with 32 characters) completely from scratch. It would be months before I was even remotely competent I imagine.
I will be playing volt on my iPhone 10. That's how much I love this game. I almost feel bad I only paid 699 and I use there server every night. Best purchase I ever made on the app store
You want to talk guilt? I got it for $.99 on day 1. Talk about a steal. Hell, I paid more for the vanilla version with no online and even that was a steal.
I purchased it on day one as well and I remember they were raising the price by 99 per day. I also paid 99 for it. Thanks jibba. Now I really feel bad. I'm sending Capcom a check for $20 to ease my soul. Lmao

Since you've held out this long and dont own Volt yet, i recommend you waiting for it to hit that occasional dollar sale if it isnt that cheap right now. KOF is a great buy too, but i cant switch comfortably between the two because of different button mechanics and reversed low light/heavy attacks..
Volt is a great game, definitely worth your money. But if you really have to choose just one, i'd say wait for sfxt, being that its a newer game.
Dude that is a excellent question. I'm not to sure about. Capcom is always giving like weekly info on projects they are working on they are always constantly giving info about stuff but for some reason they are not saying a word about this game....
If they say "release in summer" and usually they announce their games 1 month first next week will be important and we will know if the game is coming or not!
Okay, seriously? No, they haven't. I had a quick twitter conversation with Brett Elston (Capcom Unity), and he told me they're likely still working on it. In other words, don't bother with this thread, because Capcom's not going to update it for a while.
He plays it more often than you do. From what I've spoken to in Capcom Unity, they're too far in to cancel it. It'll go through.
