Im pretty sure tournaments, fights, tutorials and combo videos that exist on youtube can also be used as a point of reference to show that the touch control are really great, that the game really has alot of depth and that it has potential.

Capcom can already see how many players are playing Volt at any time. If that isn't enough to make them think about making an update for the fighting game with the biggest and most active online community in the AppStore... Then it doesn't surprise me that they are almost in red numbers.

BTW any good PC controller for AE? I don't have one and I heard cool things about the PS3 controller and that the 360's dpad is a nightmare.

I know that one of the things people have wanted most from SF4 was turbo and Volt is probably the fastest running version of SF4. It would still be cool to have a turbo feature...

So, I started looking through change logs for AE and AE 2012. Here is what I came up with an added

    New changes to existing chars
    Akuma
-Hyakki Gosho to not hit high

    Balrog
-Less pushback on Dash Swing Blow

    Chun-Li
-Yosokyaku can be performed with df+K
-Kintekishu to be +1 frame on counterhit

    Cody
-nj.HP to knockdown on air hit and to have additional juggle points

    Fei-Long
    -Rekkukyaku to no longer crossup

    Guile
-Sonic Boom to gain 10 meter at start and 10 more on hit

    Ken
-far s.HK to be +1 frame on hit and -1 frame on block
-Additional juggle points on EX Hadouken
-EX Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (air) can be blocked crouching

    Makoto
    -Additional active frame to cr.HP

    M. Bison
-s.HK to do 90 damage at max range

    Sagat
    -Add Angry Scar: qcbx2+K

    Sakura
    -Reduced recovery on Hadouken

    Vega
-EX Sky High Claw to always land at uniform distance away

But it's like Turbo already! It's not like you can block a jumping blanka anyway.

I think we'll leave the Ultra changes to them, because we're not 100% sure what will change.

Akuma - Does he need this kind of change in volt? It does seem like a pretty OP move though. If it doesn't hit high what is the point of this move being armor breaker?

Balrog - I like this one and i agree.

Chun-Li - The stomps with df+k also? AWSOME!
The other change is ok for f+k is ok.

Cody - Knockdown on air and have more juggle points? im confused.

Fei Long - Why would you take away one of his only shenanigans!

    Guile - ok.

Ken - i like all the changes

    Makoto - a meaty knockdown?

M.Bison - how is that possible? making it a 2 hit move?

Sagat - Angry scar uses meter? if so why not use sp instead of K.

Sakura - good, ive seen some good combos after using hadoken lvl 2 @ point blank range.

Vega - i havent noticed the non uniform distance, isnt it always the same?

It gives a hard knockdown and the recovery on whiff is 0 frames. It also knocks down air to air.
So, Cody's jumping HP in Volt is actually the animation for his nj.HP in AE. That move knocks down on air hit and in the corner Ruffian Kick, FADC, nj.HP connects. So just adding an adjustment to that
It was a change in AE 2012. It's a bit messy and not very consistent
It seems like an interesting yet minor buff.
So if the s.HK hits deep it does 110. If his foot is the bit that connects, it does 90 damage.
qcbx2+k is the input for the move. What SP motion would it be? up+SP?

Nope. After it hits, sometimes it goes further, sometimes it doesn't (depends where Vega is compared to the wall)

Erm why not :D. If it uses meter then something like doble tap d+d+sp or 2xqcb/2xqcf+sp or like ex yogablast, down+up+sp (no charge) or hcb/hcf+sp? Its just that using K for a move that spends meter is weird.

The move itself its very unique; I don't think you can compare it to anything else

It'd be interesting to see the game played at Hyper Fighting speed. That Marvel/ST stuff is a little TOO fast IMO but a 20% speed increase could be pretty cool.

In the process of proofreading and tidying up the character suggestions. Will be looking to make a PDF of them soon

Red Focus confirmed to be MP+MK+any attack button and to use 2 bars

Sounds like USF4 with dual ultras and red focus.

porting USF4 to Volt seems like it'll be some trouble...

In Volt they could make red focus something like hold F and tap the Ultra or Super meter.

As for dual Ultras, it could just be pressing Ultra+forward or back for the alternate depending on what it is and/or qcbx2+SP

    That's the plan.

However, I have an exam coming up, so I don't have much time.

Once that is over, I'll be doing more work on this and hopefully another combo vid

Except there's problem with Sakura and her 2 versions of U2.

I really just hope that we get updated to pre USF4 and then work it out from there

Look at my sign. A very complete proposal for SFxT was sent to EH, SRK and some other pages but because it's a mobile game none of these gave a sh** about it. So, don't get your hopes up. Anyway, it's still all up to Capcom, and I'm sure that they would make a new game from scratch just after taking a quick look at Volt's graphics vs nowadays iPhone games and how old the engine is (20 FPS for a fighting game WTF), so most of those changes would be useless. Capcom could only use the movesets for the missing characters and that's all.

So is this petition complete? Capcom is in red but I hope in a new app next year, for now capcom is working to an update for new devices(iPhone 7 and 8 :)))
