Well, you can store up to 2 fireballs. So you can do the motion for one, get the hit then do the motion for the 2nd one.

And there isn't really a need for cl.MP in volt since there are heaps of other alternatives to that move

But you only added one st.P thats is not special cancelable, its not a poke and has tons of recovery. Why not have 2 st.p?

The startup on cl.mp is super good. F+p or b+p for cl.hp? And the other directions to cl.mp?

If you can store 2 fireballs, bnb combos like j.mk/mp, cl.mp, low/mid fuhajin release, cl.mp, low/mid fuhajin release, cr.mk, senpusha out of corner are possible.

You have 2 crouching special cancellable punches and a special cancellable cr.MK.

I would want to avoid having a b+p or f+p motion.

And yes, having both mid and low versions and letting you charge 2

    df+p: cr.HP (anti-air, special cancellable)
    j.P: j.HP
    j.d+P: j.MP (floats opponent)

    s.K: cl.MK (special cancellable)
    f+k: Sekku (overhead)
    db+k: cr.LK (rapidfire, special cancellable)
    d+k: cr.MK (special cancellable)
    df+k: cr.RH (knocks down)
    nj.K: nj.HK
    j.K: j.MK: (crosses over)

Fuhajin (light): qcf+p/sp/qcf+sp (Tap to throw, hold to store. Input again to release)
Fuhaijin (medium): hcf+p/f+sp/qcf+sp (Tap to throw, hold to store. Input again to release)
    EX Fuhajin is light+medium
Kasatushi: qcb+k/d+sp/reverse dp+sp (both normal and EX are direction sensitive)
    Senpusha (hard): qcb+k/b+sp/qcb+sp

Shikusen (light): qcb+k/b+sp/qcb+sp (press k/sp for followup)
Shikusen (hard): qcf+k/f+sp/qcb+sp (press k/sp for followup)

    Forward Throw

    Fuharenjin (light): qcbx2+sp

    Ultra
    Kaisen Dankairaku (U2): qcf+sp

    so....
    f+p: far s.HP (arms!)
    P: cl.HP (aa, special cancellable)
    db+P: cr.MP (special cancellable)
    df+p: cr.HP (special cancellable, launches)
    j.P: j.MP

    s.K: cl.HK (super cancellable, +5 on hit)
    db+k: cr.LK (special cancellable, rapidfire)
    df+k: cr.RH (knocks down)
    j.K: j.HK
    j.dK: Yosokyakyu
j.dfK: Tenmakujinkyaku (dive kick, top of jump arc only)

Changed some small things. I don't think cr.LP AND cr.LK are really needed. cr.LK, cl.HP links if you want damage. Changed input for dive kick.

Overall I agree with the normals.

    Specials:
    Sonic Boom (Hard): qcf+p/sp/qcf+sp
Shoryuken (Hard): dp+p/f+sp/dp+sp (Press P/SP for followup)
    Hyakuretsukyaku (Medium): qcb+k/b+sp/reverse dp+sp
    Tanden Engine (Hard): qcb+p/d+sp/qcb+sp
    Spinning Piledriver (Light): 360+p/up+sp/360+sp
    Yoga Teleport:
    ub+sp: teleport backwards
    uf+sp: teleport behind opponent
dp+k: teleport in front of opponent

    Back Throw

    Super
    Tanden Storm (Hard): qcfx2+p

    Ultra
    Tanden Typhoon (U2): qcbx2+sp

-I think Medium Hyakuretsukyaku is the correct one
-Fierce Shoryuken because everyone has their Fierce one. No reason to deviate
-Ultra 2 for the slightly better comboability. I could see an argument for u1 though.

Seth is actually super implementable and doesn't have anything too crazy it seems

    @Juri j.hp has a downward hitbox (like chun-li's headstomp).
On hit it will cause an untechable knockdown.
It's used only as intant overhead in fights.

Playing catch up to the thread, and update proposal... but you may all disagree with this, but for balance reasons, I don't see Juri as viable in Volt... But if she was there, i'd pick her, and spam her kicks...

It's more of a thought experiment for characters to see if we could add them to the game. It seems like they could all be added, but yes, Juri is one of the more problematic ones

    Nice!

I do think the crouching medium punch is useless though; I added Cr.Lp in as a hit confirm into it.

Cr.Lk is part of the hit confirm to check the low guard I guess.

Hmm, hope there'll be a meterless way to combo into his stomp kicks. If not, two bars of meter will have to do then.

Well, cr.LK is rapidfire and will be his hitconfirm.

You can do j.MP, Headstomp or Hyakuretsukyaku, Headstomp in the corner...

    Relevant quote I ran across
    Source: http://www.sirlin.net/articles/street-fighter-hd-remix-design-overview.html

And this is what I like about Volt. Lowering the execution barrier and let us play the 'real' game

Random idea. Change Ryu's cr.HP to cr.MP? His cr.HP is pretty much useless and it gives people an opportunity to go for crazy cr.MP x2, cr.MK xx EX Hadouken combos

    YES

    FINALLY

This is what I meant about how SP Assist helps you play the game, not take away from it.

    That's why I can't stand AE.

SP Assist does make people turtle more, but it lets you set up your offense better too.

Even the best defenses can get screwed over.

And this is also why I think Viper in AE is not even close to balanced.

Everything she has is based of the fact that she has hard inputs.

At pro level, inputs are not a problem, that's why for AE Tournaments, the trees are all

    C.Viper-C.Viper
    C.Viper-Ryu
    C.Viper-Akuma

    YES

His Cr.Hp is pretty useless, as you can AA with cr.mk and st.hp anyways.

    T. Hawk

P: far s.LP (Poke, special cancellable)
    db+P: cr.MP (Poke)
    df+P: cr.HP (aa)
j.dP: Heavy Body Press (Zangief rip-off. Angled Jump only)
    j.P: j.MP

    s.K: cl.MK (special cancellable)
    f+K: far s.HK (long range poke/aa)
    db+k: cr.MK (poke, tick throws)
    df+k: cr.RH (Guile rip-off)
j.K: j.HK (big damage generic jump in)

Tomahawk Buster (Hard): dp+p/f+sp/dp+sp (Press SP during EX version for Condor Dive)
Condor Dive: SP/Hold SP for EX
Condor Spire (Medium): reverse dp+p/b+sp/reverse dp+sp
    Mexican Typhoon (Light): 360+p/d+sp/360+sp

    Forward Throw

    Super
    Double Typhoon: 720+p

    Ultra
    Raging Slash (U2): hcbx2+sp

    Notes
-Tried to make him different from gief. So his poke is his s.LP
-Also, I like U2 so he can protect the uhhh Mexican Skies or something.
-Not sure about distance for Condor Spire. I had thoughts about letting you hold for more damage or something
-EX motion for Condor Dive? Is there a better way to do it? Will this work?

I'm finishing off the last 3 chars as Capt mentioned. I'm pretty sure no one really cares about crap like T Hawk anyway.

Pretty much it's free discussion of anything you want.

I am looking to wrap this up, make a nice spiel about the whole issue, make a petition and post this all over capcom
