    Ultra already has armor break, but it's too awkward.
    First hit must be armor break, but I'm not sure about the rest. Last hit shouldn't be armor break though. Before the last hit, there are some frames where you can do SRK and such. People with good timing should be rewarded with FA for that hit.
    Right now any hit can be armor breaking, but the hitbox for that is so tiny it feels random.

    Nope, it is armor breaking ONLY as a reversal (which for an ultra, is unreliable) and only on the first hit.

    Oh, I see.
    Then yes, give it armor break to the first hits without the need of being a reversal and let people FA the last attack.

    The easiest way to balance that game should be to copy TvC's balance. At least no one can spam anything in that game and win.

    Akuma
    - Increased teleport recovery -> IMO teleport is already nice. It's predictable, you can see where he's going to, and it's already punishable. If it's nerfed, I hope Bison's and Dhalsim's are as well, because the only thing wrong about his teleport is spammers, and right now most characters have problems with them. The suggestions for the update will also let those characters deal with spammers, so by nerfing Akuma's teleport it will be just useless.
    - st.HK +1 to startup -> I don't really mind this, but I don't know what's the problem with st.HK. Making some characters able to crouch under the second hit should be enough.

    Cammy
    - Less bounceback on Ultra/Cannon Spike -> There's another change that says that last hit will whiff on crouching characters. I think that that is enough for the Ultra, but I agree about less bounceback for Cannon Spike.

    - Knife -> As far as I know, no one in AE uses it because it's almost useless. We should only get the knife if it gets actually useful in USFIV.

    E Honda
    -Slightly more range on ultra -> I think the range on his Ultra is nice. His Ultra doesn't need any buffing, instead there's another Ultra that obviously needs some nerfing (you know what I'm about talking about).

    Fei
    -+1f hitstun on Tenshin -> As long as this makes Tenshin, Ultra impossible, it's nice.

    Guile
    -SUNGLASSES (down x2+sp?) -> A touch gesture would be better than down x2 + sp since Guile is a charging character.

    I don't know about the rest of the (?).

    So adding stand close mid p or stand close low punch without taking stand high punch out a bad idea?

    Sunglasses are not a taunt its actually a move that is
    part of his command list. It wouldnt fit in with a touch gesture.

    I disagree with almost all of this. Both cammy and Akuma don't need any improvements.

    But down, down sp would be... dangerous, with how charging works. You're trying to play safe by crouching, the opponent does a jump, you walk backwards a bit and press down + sp to get the timing right and ZASCA, sunglasses.

    you wont use a sunglasses unless its safe, like a stun, a crumple, knockdown or safe distance

    Pretty much this. Ken and Fei Long come to mind as pretty fair characters. But that's not even enough...

    Anyway my current suggestions for these chars:
    Additonal stuff
    -In addition, increase blockstun on 2nd rekka? So it is punishable, but not by EVERYTHING.
    -Fix Rekkukyaku (Chicken Wing) randomly crossing over and whiffing.
    -Armour Break on ultra? Is it really that big of a deal? It doesn't exist in AE currently.

    Thoughts, suggestions, rude hand gestures? (I might have missed some suggestions so please check!)
    Some of the suggestions I have currently are pretty big question marks and are pretty vague
