I have improved greatly since then.... learned a bunch of new tricks and better ways to deal with match ups... lol So far Apprunner has godliest cammy against me, if you play like him you will have a good chance against my bison. Just tried in training, it's Blanka Ex Backstep roll (chg B - dia-dwn-fwd+ SP). Really funny in seeing him flying around.
Dangerous trap on wake-up, it can be used as an ambiguous cross-up. I suppose autoblock makes it a lot less effective though. In console versions there's much more control, you can even make it boomerang a little bit, not so much in Volt.
Alright, guys. I think I'm almost nailing this bug (or feature). I managed to save a replay where the guy quit during Round 2 due to lag. He won Round 1 though. The saved replay turns out to have both Rounds 1 and 2, with Round 2 being an exact frame-for-frame repeat of Round 1.
