The rankings are worse than ever....why can't they get rid of all the cheaters? I've always wondered who of the 4k+BP Players are legit. I know that TenOnez, Apprunner, Heif-37, slrc91, Cyrus and FINIX00 are but I don't trust the rest!
Squall2002, Berserk 2nd, Mr. Zangeif, -40 (C)F, Supa Fuka, Red Tiger are all legit. All of these people will fluctuate in and out of the 4k range
Anything above 4.6K can not be legit. No way no how. I just looked at the rankings, top like 15 are above 5k. retarded.
I didn't know that the EX Tetsuzanko connects after that. If you have an Ultra, you can use that instead of EX Tetsuzanko.
im not sure how high he is right now. He is a great blanka though, and has a rediculous amout of matches under his belt.. I don't really like him from our past, but I think he is legit.... cant be certain though!

-40 is legitimately in the 4k...been there many times. We had two very close matches in ranked the other day which he won. BTW, I'm not a legit 4k player. I just get there once in awhile but hover around 3500k. Leave me out of that class...i'm middle class
