He just resets his account to remove the loss. This happened to me with the number 1 guy on our boards. He didn't have a single loss and i beat him and got ton of BP. He still didn't have a loss a few days later.
It's weird that you say this, last night I hopped on ranked(Rare) and there was 1900 BP Sagat/Cammy he had a record of 33-0. I beat him and he didn't rage quit or ask for a rematch. I felt bad for giving him his first loss but eh oh well right. About an hour later the same guy pops up, except now he has 7 more wins and STILL 0 LOSSES! I beat him again, but he still din't RQ or ask for a rematch, only god knows if that loss actually got put on his record
I actually haven't ragequit since Heif gave me that enlightening talk. It's awesome. ...Which means I haven't ragequit in 1-2 weeks. And I want to keep it that way.
I can only get 2 sonic booms in the corner with SP assist. The first combos I posted waaaaay back (1-2 days ago?) about combos that I would do if I used SP assist. Games?

lol, thats ironic because shortly after I was accused of RQ by some dude... @apprunner and D4 I knew it was too good to be true I had about same BP as him, so it makes sense that he would want to keep playing thinking he could get some victories out of it. So stupid, I mean come on.... 100's of wins and not a single loss ever... who are they joking? I wonder what kind of throught process these people have, getting pissed at the game and pressing the home button is a logical thought process.... LOL

Anyone around to fight? Also found out Guile's jumping P can cross over standing zangief in the corner, but not Ryu (probably only gief)
There days some of the members of Denjin Dojo played with the japanese in their server. We could all notice that Japanese are likely to use focus attack and did it very well in terms of timing. It makes the battle more to think about! Also, they are very alert about distance. They dun have very close jump attack. Once they alert their comfort zone has been invaded, they managed to avoid any close combat or trade attacks. The shotos are skillful at all. I rarely meet Sagat over 60 matches, I never met sagat( good news to players in US server). Even though i meet ryu, they don't spam coz they find it useless and will make it predictable for the rival. Hey guys, I really recommend you to have ストリートファイター IV VOLT! You won't meet much quitters as it does in US server! The players are skillful and different style of play. @ Apprunner. I have played with Neco-Arc's cammy! He belongs to god class! Expert in focus attack, spacing and psychotactic! I feel like playing with a cammy version's TenOnez. We had 8 matches we had just 4:4 !
Yeah. I checked out his replays. They tend to focus waaay more and good at it. S-tier for sure. He is the best Cammy in the world for sure in Volt (hands down!). Edit: Gotta put up replays of Neco-Arc!----nevermind...found it on Japanese servers
You find the replay he owns me from him and the replay I won over him from searching replay of Zangief( the 4 K mr zangief doesnt have any replays , while the 2.6K mr zangief do have)
