I beat the arcade game as Ryu and then got to a "extra stage" and i face akuma... I got screwed so bad and lost.. Anyways for some reason i was always able to play as akuma. i thought he was locked or something?
Well, his Jump K is a good cross up attack. You can do two hits of EX Rekka safely. If your opponent is high enough after you hit them with the tip of your Shienkukyaku, you can EX Shienkukyaku and get 200 damage. Or something like that. You can always Cr. LK x2 - Overhead - Throw, as well. FA - Cr. LK - Chicken Wing is usually guaranteed chip... But Voloster is the one to go to for this.
He was when the game first came out. Previous owners of SFIV didn't really get anything special, after Akuma was made free for all. You used to be able to unlock him by 100 online matches or doing this thing that was only for SFIV owners.

Of course they can! But if you rarely use it, keep it unexpected, HUZZAH! But they can't DP your Cr. LK x2 if you do it fast enough.

Did you ever play Masmik13? His Fei is unlike anyone i've played yet. Very patient and really good. His BP is 3000k which is really high for a Fei. You should mirror him to see how he plays.
Thats a bad habit Felix...gotta get that habit fixed Mooken, he's a really great player. I think his BP is misleading...he's definitely better than it indicates. I definitely consider him more skilled than me with his Fei.

Something just happened in Japan app that I don't think would ever happen here (correct me if you have experienced this) I was at vs screen, 2.5 Ryu, 44-0 is his record. So I figured, hes god like, or a RQ. I pwned his Ryu, rage quit worthy and he took his first loss! Then he rematched me and picked Honda and was REALLY good, beat me the match. We ended up going a few more and I won and he never RQ. I don't think anyone with a record of 30+-0 losses has ever let me put a tally on their loss. Mad props to this guy..
