I think something like this would actually IMPROVE the quality of the people playing the game were they to use it seriously. I could see being able to utilize the basic idea to create tutorial data packs with it too as a training tool.

Hehe. I gave up trying to win when Sod Batman started cheating on the Cammy event. I thought top 5 was good enough...now it seems i made the right call. Its unfortunate because Red Tiger played a crapload of games.

Hieu doesn't play enough games to win. I fully expect you to win Be warned though, your BP will probably suffer but think of this as a once in a lifetime event
My BP actually reached new heights due to the event.... but ya, go for gold man, make it worth the effort!
I can feel quitters' salutations to me as I head into this journey without the ability to pull a modem. Wouldn't want to, though. Anyways, if I can't handle my BP taking a huge hit (FOREVUUUUUUUR!), then I probably don't truly deserve 1st place (wow, I'm talking as if it's almost certain that I'll get it. Guess I can hope?) I really hope that the Sagat tourney doesn't take place in the same week. That would be utterly cruel of Capcom.

Not necessarily, in Japanese server there is a player around 2000BP got the second place in Vega tourney. So I am the 3rd. He must have got LOADS of time haha
but.... he was winning his matches. Doesn't matter about BP, you just have to win matches over and over and over. So if you arent that good, and can't win consistantly then your not gonna do good. LOL I was just thinking... purposly RQ when you lose during tourney to get placed with the other noobs, easy wins xD (although, once your in that hole, its hard to get out because they ALL RQ frequently)
Lol Im inclined to agree with you when Vanilla street fighter 4 came out I used to joke a lot on how Viper was originally a blueprint for a Blazblue(I know you've never heard of it) character that somehow ended up on Capcoms desk.
