It's because you've been hitting him so much. You've stunned him multiple times. When you stun someone, the amount of stun needed to stun them again is increased by a lot. I think that it would only be possible to stun a person two times in a match with Balrog!
Total stun increases every time you stun the dummy. For example if you stun a dummy with 1000 total stun, the total stun will increase for about 300-400. And so on...
Very laggy. Couldn't do simple things. Heck, it even made you mess up Cr. LK x2 - TC 1! Directed at Bison players: I remember when I felt that Psycho Crusher was overpowered against Yun. Excellent chip, easy to play it safe, decent anti-air-ing... but it really is a horrible move, in some cases. Isn't it amazing how playing a character you have trouble against can really change your views?

Yeah this isn't AE Yun... Volt Blanka's rush down game works very effectively against Volt Sim! I think Volt Yun's control is just awkward IMO
